Possui vaga para 1 veiculo na rampa de acesso no patio e 1 vaga na rua, em frente à rampa A casa é muito aconchegante e mantem suas características originais, sendo bem arejada e segura, com uma decoração simples e rústica com um toque especial de Vó.
