Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

BEACHES: the nearest beach of Riso is far, about 200 mt walk, between the port and the campsite, within 1.5 km beaches of Timi Ama, Porto Giunco, Campulongu. The whole house OLEANDRI29 was renovated in 2021-2022, fixtures, bathrooms, floors, exterior fixtures, air conditioning in the big room, WIFI included, everything is new. Location: directly on the main road, 2km from the town of Villasimius, 200m from the new marina where you can find stores, bars and groceries. Other market 500m away in the campsite. Entrance from the main road also by car, from the condominium road only pedestrian. Entrance is from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, return must be by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The house is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches, harbor, and campground. Overlooking the busy main road, it is in the center of everything! Great for multiple families of friends with children or large families.
