The house is located in a quiet part of Via Giovanni Aurispa, one of the streets parallel to the city's main thoroughfare, just a short walk from the center. It was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was completely redone and the furniture is also almost all new. The bedroom is on the upper floor while on the ground floor there is a kitchen/living room and bathroom.
