Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Noto

A newly renovated house close to the sea and quiet. The space has been designed to live mostly outdoors. Special mention for the hot tub. Secured residence

In Mazar, we first meet a charming and thoughtful host: Giuseppe! The villa is very nice, functional and with character. All the equipment is there, including pool and beach games. The materials are of quality and we felt good there, with our 3 children. Mazar is located on a plateau at an altitude, which is an asset in times of heat, because it is 3 to 4° less than on the coast, with a little wind. For our stay at the end of October, it was rather a disadvantage (21° during the day, 14° at night) to be able to eat outside. However, the pool remained heated to 28° so we were able to swim there. Giuseppe is an astrophile who will tell you about stars and planets, especially if the weather is right. The garden is equipped with curiosities (gnome, Thales' stick, etc.) with all the necessary explanations, which makes it a special and unique place, very quiet even if sometimes the wind brings the smell of the neighbor's stable. I recommend it!

Villadamuri was perfect for our four nights in Pachino - couldn’t be closer to your own private beach, kitchen is super well equipped if you want to cook in and the separate upstairs apartment with an incredible view is a bonus. Viviana was a lovely host, left us thoughtful welcome gifts on arrival, gave great local recommendations for Noto, Pachino and Marzamemi and organised a Sicilian cooking class for us at the villa. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

A group of 15 adults stayed at Oriana’s brilliant villa. It’s the perfect place for a group to spend their time in Sicily, the kitchen has all you need, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms and a large pool. Oriana was really responsive & happy to help in any way she could, including organising transfers to and from a winery & in and out of Scicli, the local town, when we didn’t want to drive. To note when planning your trip here, you aren’t within walking distance of any amenities or the beach, you will need hire cars. Can’t recommend this villa enough.

Great private retreat in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The host provided a lot of kind support and information about the city to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

A charming house in a peaceful environment, a little isolated, and a magnificent view! We would have liked to have stayed longer. Daniele and Tina were responsive and helpful, before our arrival and during our stay. A great place!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

The location is fantastic. The cleanliness of the place is spotless. All kitchen utensils and appliances are in perfect condition. There were very nice crockery and wine glasses, no mixed machine. Although the hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, we had full privacy and direct sea access on the terrace. I enjoyed the beautiful pots with well-kept plants, as it is often not the case even in good hotels. For sports enthusiasts: There is a several kilometer long bike/hiking trail along the coast about 500m from the accommodation, with spectacular views from the rocks. It starts at Monumento ai caduti d'Africa. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the restaurant Meditè suggested by the property, the food was the worst of our Sicily trip. I would highly recommend "a Levante" where we ate twice on the terrace for lunch.

Wow! Really a lovely spot! We were there with our children of 1.5 and 4 years and that was fantastic! Space to play and discover, felt very expansive and at the same time a lot of privacy. The hostesses were really friendly and helpful. Really welcoming! The contact with them was sublime. We really enjoyed it. A lot was thought of: a welcome drink, fresh tomatoes and tips about the area. Only drawbacks: the mosquitoes in the evening if you wanted to sit outside and if you would stay for a long time the lack of a washing machine. But that's really the only thing. Really a top spot! We would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay at Concetta's place. The place is perfect. We were warmly welcomed despite the late arrival at 2 am.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.
