Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nossa Senhora do Pranto

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing trip. What stood out most was the host’s responsiveness and kindness (Graca). She replied to our messages quickly and made sure we felt welcome from the start. I strongly recommend booking this place for your next getaway!

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The home is in an amazing village and is so peaceful and beautiful with great views. The location is very accessible to fun hiking trails. Lousã is good to stock up on groceries. The home has good wifi and the bottle of wine the host left was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. We really liked sitting on the patio having food and wine and just taking in all of the surroundings. I have never been somewhere so unique. Such a special place.

Ana’s place is charming and comfortable. The view from the back terrace is spectacular. Ana kindly made a dinner reservation for us nearby and supplied us with freshly baked bread for breakfast. She is an excellent host and her place is perfect for relaxing in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We wished we had time to swim at the nearby river pool which looked amazing. Maybe next time! Thanks Ana for a wonderful stay!

Rita was an exceptional host. She provided clear directions and many options regarding places to visit. Her place is both well cared for and well stocked for everything you need.

A great spot to stay in the mountains, Pedro's place is a comfortable size with the necessary essentials. The shower wasn't the best kept or cleanest but was functional, and there was a minor smell in the main bathroom but wasn't noticeable with the door closed. Overall a pleasant stay

We had a lovely stay in nazare at this lovely and peaceful apartment! Super comfortable and great views from balcony. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. The Porto and pastries upon our arrived was also a nice touch. Thank you Maria!

We loved our stay!! Joao was very attentive & checked on us a couple of times which I appreciated. Very comfortable home in a great location. We took an Uber from the bus station & walked everywhere while we were there. It was only a few days this time but will definitely be back!

Paula is an excellent host. He greeted us with a smile and immediately put us at ease, showing availability to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is in excellent condition and is in a quiet area.

The accommodation was very good and cozy, everything was clean and organized. The hostess was very kind and attentive. We know the waterfalls that are not incredible. I would definitely go back there

We settled in very well in the apartment from the first day. It is ideally and quietly located near the beach. We liked the furnishings very much, everything is available even for a longer stay: comfortable beds and armchairs, a well-functioning fireplace for cool evenings, a sufficiently equipped kitchen and a small balcony. The communication with Laurinde was straightforward, warm and very supportive. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

We stayed at Liedewij's & Joey's place on the last few days of the year, and it was absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly nice, made us feel at home, and even invited us to their new year celebration. The place is embedded in nature, perfect to regenerate for a few days. We had a truly authentic Portuguese experience at Jorge’s! Highly recommend! Jorge and his family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so sweet, prepared Christmas treats and gifts for us which we appreciate very much. The apartment is comfortable, pristine clean, very well equipped and centrally located just a short ride away from Leiria. We felt right at home quickly and spent many hours on the patio soaking in the sun and the gorgeous view of the village. It is easy to explore Cortes and the surrounding area on foot. Check out the well designed casa-museu Joao Soares and historic church just next door. It was convenient to have the grocery store within walking distance. We met many friendly locals in the village even tho we did not speak Portuguese. Could not ask for a more perfect vacation. Muito obrigado!!

The house is wonderful :) all the support from Susana and Mr. Nuno was exceptional! Nothing was missing! Extremely clean house with everything you need to spend a relaxing family holiday, close enough to visit Tomar and go shopping and far enough away to be in the quiet of the countryside. For sure, repeating it!!

Everything was great just like in the pictures. Ana Raquel and her husband are charming... I took a 2-month-old kitten and there was no problem, a very ticketed area and a very large park next door. I'm sure we'll repeat more time. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Cantinho dos Rizos! It was the perfect spot for a family weekend—peaceful, cozy, and full of charm. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

We were extremely well received and received the best instructions and welcome! The interior is comfortable and the garden is relaxing and beautiful. Exactly what we and our 3 dogs needed: a weekend of rest and connection with nature. I highly recommend it!

a pleasant stay in a very clean house where nothing was missing. An ideal location to visit the sanctuary of Fatima, the caves of Mira d'Aire, Tomar, the castle of Orem and several river beaches. I highly recommend it.
