It is located less than a 1/4 mile from the Quechee Gorge and Antique Mall. The farm includes fifty acres of land and trails with wonderful views of Mt. Ascutney, Killington and more. We also abut the state park which has twelve hundred acres of land. All perfect for hiking, snowshoeing, snowshoeing, biking or just relaxing.

Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter.

Sunny Side Airbnb is located on a secluded 10+ acre property with plenty of outdoor space for dogs to run around and a short hiking trail with views. The Airbnb is located on the farther end of the house with a deck overlooking garden views, a fire pit, and an open field. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Just over a mile from I-89 off Rt 4 in Quechee, Vt. A short drive to WRJ and W Lebanon, NH, 9.1 miles to Woodstock, VT, 11 miles to Hanover, NH, and 13.4 miles to DHMC.
