Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. Restaurants, bars, a distillery, shopping, and ice cream are a short walk from the cottage. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Enjoy timeless appeal in this mid-century modern home with elegant design, metallics, and stunning lighting that's minimalistic yet highly functional! Relax in the spacious open interior while watching TV on the Big screen. The three bedrooms include two spacious rooms each with KING beds and a bunk bed in the third room. The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

The apartment is located on the northwest of the home with its own sidewalk. This spacious unit is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to 2 beaches, marina that sits on Muskegon Lake, walking trails, public boat launches, and a downtown shopping & dining district. The entire house runs on solar and minutes from lake Michigan and Muskegon.
