Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Riverfront - Whittled Duck River Camp

The Whittled Duck River Camp property features 200 feet of river frontage, a deck overlooking the Clarion River and everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The cabin is located upstream from both Clear Creek and Cook Forest State Parks, 15 min from Loletta and next door to the Allegheny National Forest. Here you will find quiet and seclusion while staying close enough to enjoy all the recreational opportunities you love! Landline can be used by guests unable to get cell coverage.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. The Lost Woods Cabin is a newly constructed timberframed gem located in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest. This secluded, majestic cabin sits on 25 private acres that are bordered by the Allegheny National Forest and is only ten minutes away from three different boat launches on the 50-mile-long Kinzua Reservoir. It is truly a quintessential forest getaway with all the modern conveniences, including Star Link's internet.

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Welcome to the Downstream Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome allows you to wake up to a one of a kind view of the gorgeous Allegheny River, all while feeling nestled in with nature. The Dome includes one Queen bed, one bathroom, dining area, full kitchen, outdoor patio area with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. For the health and safety of everyone we do have a very strict no animals policy. Thank you.
