Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Northwest Harbor

Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! The house is beautifully nestled on a quiet street. We spent five days at the house and very much enjoyed our time there. James was quite responsive to several questions that we had.

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

My friends and I booked Renee’s place for a relaxing getaway weekend. The house was exactly what we needed, clean, private, and full of everything we needed. Renee was responsive and flexible and overall just a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at Maher’s home for a long weekend. The house was spacious and comfortable and we really liked the location. The backyard has a nice deck and outdoor shower! Maher was extremely responsive and helpful all weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!

Walking distance to just about anything you’re looking to do. Including the train to Montauk which you have to check out for the day. Train was fast and inexpensive. Also, make a reservation at East Hampton Grill, it’s a must! House was perfect except we were with our 3 dogs and would have loved a more “fully” fenced in yard like pictures shown. Fenced yard was more around back by an a/c unit and mechanicals. Also couldn’t hang outside much in the beautiful yard because it wasn’t fenced in for our dogs and the sprinklers went off every afternoon around 3pm for an hour then area was wet most of the evening/night. Visited for 4 nights and felt right at home. Would recommend this place fully on location alone. Beds were comfy and inside the house was extremely clean. Felt super safe.

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The apartment is even nicer than the photos can show, especially the high ceilings, and it's an easy walk to anywhere in Greenport. Amanda has provided every amenity you could need, including a full laundry. There's a very nice coffee maker, so don't forget to either bring coffee or K-pods (it takes either). Amanda was very responsive to any questions we had. If you're a breakfast person, Crazy Beans was a great classic diner spot, and we had a great Mexican lunch at Lucharito's.

Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
