Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northern Vietnam

Très bel endroit, beau coucher de soleil, belle piscine ! Les chambres étaient propres, l’hôte était très gentille et super accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner inclus et les vélos pouvant être utilisés gratuitement sont vraiment pratique. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je le recommande fortement.

Lưu trú với Minh là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất trong chuyến đi của gia đình tôi. Khu nghỉ nằm trong xóm nhỏ yên bình, mang nét đặc trưng rất riêng biệt của miền quê đồng bằng bắc bộ. Sự tiếp đón nhiệt tình thân thiện cùa gia đình Minh là điều tuyệt vời nhất ở đây, Minh hiểu biết và kiến thức sâu rộng về du lịch địa phương cũng như cho chúng tôi những thông tin bổ ích về văn hoá vùng miền. Vợ anh ấy là một đầu bếp tuyệt vời với những món ăn thuần Việt tươi ngon và đậm vị. Nhất định chúng tôi sẽ sớm quay trở lại vào một ngày không xa & giới thiệu cho bạn bè , người thân khi về đây thăm quan , nghỉ dưỡng . Cám ơn Minh & Gia đình.

This is a true Vietnamese family home stay. Hung his wife & amazing 2 young boys ( great interpreters) were the best host. The breakfast that are included were different every day & tasty. We stayed with them for dinner 1 night for a feast of Vietnamese culinary delight, from the fresh fish to the homemade spring rolls to the amazing vegetables, for 3 big lads from Canadian we were stuffed. And copious amounts of Hung’s homemade Plum wine. They drove us into town when we wanted but we enjoyed the magnificent beauty of being 5000 ft up on the side of the mountain over looking the valley below and staying around his home. Great coffee and views just up the road but the coffee at home was excellent. Recommend this 100% on your list, very rustic & a bit to get to but this family makes it worth the trip.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thai Homestay was the absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam.Staying here was so much more than just finding a place to sleep — it was about connecting deeply with the Thai minority culture in a way we never expected. The homestay itself is exactly like the pictures — beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the people. Tam prepared amazing meals every day — full of local flavors, fresh ingredients, and love. Even though the family speaks little English, communication was never a barrier. We’ll never forget the grandmother weaving traditional scarves in the evening, her calm rhythm matching the serenity of the village. Or being offered fresh jackfruit and grilled bananas as we sat on the porch. Mr. Tunc took us hiking through the most breathtaking scenery — green rice fields, banana plants, bamboo water mills.. Yen helped us arrange a private driver from Hanoi to Pu Luong and back! Thanks a lot!

Great location, feels like home!

Il est inconcevable de visiter le Vietnam sans venir rendre visite à Zer et son mari Zang. Ils incarnent toutes les valeurs de ce magnifique pays à la perfection. D’une gentillesse inégalable, Zer a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous… Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le bel et propre Homestay et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Zer et Zang proposent également de cuisiner des menus vietnamiens traditionnels et ils nous ont même fait l’honneur de manger avec nous. Nous avons passé deux soirées extraordinaires en leur compagnie. D’autre part, Zer a été notre guide pour le trekking autour de Sa Pa. Elle nous a fait découvrir des sentiers incroyables où nous avons eu la chance d’admirer des paysages époustouflants et surtout, en étant tout seuls… ce qui était plus qu’appréciable ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Homestay chez Zer et Zang et surtout de vivre cette immersion avec cette famille vietnamienne formidable dans leur culture locale.

trung was an amazing host to us. he is very proactive and responsive and will help you out with everything including suggesting local places and also assisting for booking local trips , day trips as per your need. talking about the place, it is situated along with a wine and Champagne cafe, you will find best coffee and wine there, the entry is through the cafe so you always feel that rich aroma as you enter. there are 5 rooms.. 3 have attached toilet and two bedrooms share 1 toilet. there is no common hall between the rooms the only common place is the cafe. also some power points in the toilet for shaving and dryer are lacking

I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!

Nice location near city center with many nice local restaurants. The appartment is also well furnished, it feels like home living there.

nice place n friendly host

Our host and her family were very welcoming. She was very helpful and even recommended us a tour. We are also very thankful to her for helping us out: we were wrongfully charged twice for the tour, and our host did not rest until everything was settled (she managed to give us the money back, even though we were already in another location). The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet, but near the center of Tam Coc. Overall a great stay.

OMG! Gloria's residence, is one of the best places I've stayed in. The staff is professional and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were super clean. The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the Old Quarter. The hotel staff was always helpful in terms of recommendations, activities, restaurants, and tourist places. We would book again when we come back to Hanoi.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

hôte d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours serviable , emplacement est en plein milieu route les activités, 1,5 km pour mua cave, 4 km pour tam coc fait avec les vélos mis a disposition gratuitement. la cuisine est super bonne avec des produits frais et très bien servi pour un bon prix. le seul petit point est le coq qui chante a 4h du matin pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger mais c'est la nature

A lovely homestay in a quieter, residential area of Cat Ba. The host was absolutely brilliant and very friendly, she helped us with transport and recommended where to explore in Cat Ba. The house itself is wonderful but the highlight has to be the food! We opted for the Seafood BBQ and it was incredible - would definitely recommend!

נכס מדהים! נוף נהדר! מתחם גדול ומרווח הגישה לבית קצת קשה אבל המארחים עוזרים בהעברת הציוד מאוד מאוד מאוד מומלץ! המארחים היו זמינים לכל שאלה ונתנו לנו מענה מהיר וטוב אם הייתי יכולה לתת 10 כוכבים הייתי נותנת ❤️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Tien Dung. Sie hat jeden Morgen ein frisches Frühstück zubereitet und uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Selbst unsere Weiterfahrt nach Ninh Binh hat sie für uns organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist schön ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits der Innenstadt mit den ganzen Baustellen. Restaurants und der Strand sind dennoch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cat Ba sehr genossen!

Such a stunning property to stay in. It was absolutely dreamy! The host was super helpful and offered us breakfast and dinner every day that we were here, and the views from our window were absolutely jaw dropping. Never wanted to leave this place, we felt so welcomed and so relaxed!
