Compared to the dense tourism there, you find yourself in quieter surroundings here. Included in the purchase, an idyllic coastal path and marked routes up into the hills. The area's best beach is right in front of the cabin, about 150 m away.

No street lights, which is why the starry sky is dazzling in clear weather. 200 m to the river. There are many hiking trails in Ylikiiminki. You can rent kayaks, forest snowshoes or snowshoes from us. Affordable wilderness guide services. Well-equipped campfire area in the yard. Spacious bathroom and wood sauna. Beautiful designer house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

The accommodation is suitable for guests who want to live independently. No hotel services are offered - no breakfast, no reception and no cleaning during the current stay. Final cleaning is done between different guests. This is a private apartment rental and not a hotel or bed and breakfast.
