The house (built 2015) is spacious (210m2) and has an amazing view. You have a good view over Kvaløya and Håkøya and you can see mountains, and the fjord. The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The house is within 25 min walk to town center with its many attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums and shops. Close to paths for walking, skiing and cycling right here on the island. Nice place for families with kids to stay. A short walk to everything.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Newly renovated log cabin in the middle of stunning nature. The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Juotasjärvi, which creates a great setting for a family or a group of friends. The cottage can accommodate a larger group, however, up to 8 people. The beach sauna is freely available all year round. In winter, the hot tub is not in use. In summer, there is an additional charge for the hot tub.
