I had a great stay at Gemma's place, very clean, fast internet connection and she was responsive to my queries. The unit has fast internet connection but doesn't have TV yet? but it's okay for me cause I was out most of the time... but hopefully she'll have one soon :) I would love to book again the next time I come back to CDO. Thanks Ms. Gemma for the accommodation..

Definitely a great place to stay. Cozy and clean. Host is very thoughtful and generous to provide us drinking water, fruits and coffee. The unit where we stayed is at 2nd floor. It is clean and smell fresh. Everything you need to feel at home and cook your own meals is available. Florence the attendant is very hospital and always ensure they address our needs or concerns. They always get us a taxi and answer any question for direction. Would love to be back at Kendall's Place..

We had an amazing stay at this home. The house is very spacious, nice bedroom with aircon, a very large terrace with an amazing view to the ocean and White Island. Vincenzo is very kind and helpful and responded aleays very quickly to any kind of questions. We had rented scooters to access easily the home. We can highly recommend this very nice location.

We had the best time staying here! The location was incredibly convenient — just a short walk from the public market, Gaisano, and several local restaurants. Whether we needed fresh produce, essentials, or a quick bite to eat, everything was close by and easy to access. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, making it easy to explore and enjoy our stay. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a comfortable and hassle-free visit!

Hosts are extremely friendly! Location is about 50 meters off main road (White Island area) so your near everything but you don’t hear any noise (including chickens) which is great. Was looking for house with large open area since there were 6 of us it was spacious enough to not feel crowded! One bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably so that’s a plus! Owner also helped with transportation and has nice new motorbikes for rent. Owner has the nicest (and cleanest) dogs I’ve seen in the Philippines and they were a joy to see everyday. Bella the small Golden Retriever is sweet as can be! Kitchen has everything you’d want for cooking (except a microwave). Bathroom is large and clean (no hot water). Overall if you have 4 people or more and want some bonding (family time) Rocky’s Homestay is idea especially considering the location.

cherry is accomodating and responsive to our concerns. We were not comfortable with the place we booked due to our being seniors so she offered a better place w/in their cmpd that suited our needs and we are grateful for this condideration.

Thank you very much to Angela and Santino. They were both very accommodating. When we arrived at the house, we were in awe of its beauty. Feels like we were in the 70s. Everything in there is complete. The creek beside the house was also a breather. Gina, the caretaker was also kind and responsive. She prepared the wood for the fireplace. We celebrated my nephew’s 10th birthday and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and families.

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

Ash is nice and responsive during our stay and came to the flat to solve our little problem with the shower. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Cagayan de Oro. Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome flat. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.
