The building features a unique internal garden and has the best gym and spa within the city center (wellness facility costs a small fee). Parking spaces are available in the building's garage for a small fee (please contact for availability).

The M3 Metro, tram 51, tram 1 are 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Budapest Park, Lurdy House, MVM Dome, Groupama Stadium, Palace of Arts, National Theatre, 5-10 minutes walk. Parking in front of the house on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 is paid (300 HUF/hour). Free on weekends.
