Holiday rentals with lake access in Northeast Ohio

Amanda’s place was so incredibly gorgeous and absolutely perfect! The vibes were incredible. The view was incredible. My friends and I are actually thinking of doing a girls night like this annually because it was so amazing. We had everything we needed plus more. Thank you Amanda for this gorgeous Airbnb ❣️ we couldn’t have stayed anywhere better.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home , accommodated all of us . Grandchildren enjoyed fishing from dock . Home was well equipped with everything you would need .

Our stay here was wonderful...so many tiny details, that were unexpected, had been thought about. It's peaceful and private. The lake view is stunning. Thank you so much for ensuring our time away was spectacular.

Jim was a great host! The place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, we had everything we needed, everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!! Kingsville it s cute town with lovely restaurants a nice shops!

LOVED this house! Someone with a degree in interior design must’ve been involved in the decorating bc it looked like something out of a magazine. And the view was absolutely stunning. Also, as a mom with small children, I loved how we were right on the water but high enough up from it that I didn’t have to worry about my kids walking into it while playing outside. I also loved the location of this house. We were right in between Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake so it was a little more peaceful than being right in the middle of GOTL. My family preferred Ashtabula anyways as it had more of that quaint old town charm. The house also had great storage which may sound funny, but I love to unpack and really settle into the home. It seems like so many places don’t provide that anymore. Anyways, I would totally stay here again!

Our stay was great! The house is right on a very quiet and private lake. The yard is a good size and there's a lot of pace to hangout. Inside was a bit smaller, the kitchen table only sat 3 comfortably but there was plenty of seating in the living room.

This was, by far, the best air bnb we have stayed at! Fully stocked with all the extras, beautifully clean! The view was gorgeous, sound of the water so peaceful! Thank you so much for your thoughtful preparations! We’re not able to use the kayaks, water was a bit rough and still cool! But, we had loads of fun! Would love to come again!

This was the 2nd time my family stayed at Yvonne's Airbnb because we have cousins who live nearby. And we thought it was fantastic both times! We would highly recommend this property and are just sad we don't have an excuse to go back there anytime soon. The house was laid out really well. There was a living area in the front with a fireplace (although I'm not sure if it was operational.). And another living area in the back that had a big TV. All the rooms had a lot of windows and light. There was a desk in the front living area if someone needed to work remotely. We didn't use the kitchen much -- but it was large and well-equipped. Upstairs were two very spacious bedrooms and one cozy one. The house was decorated and furnished in a very warm and interesting way that made it feel more like someone's home than a sterile Airbnb. And the best part was how responsive Yvonne was. She got back to us in minutes whenever we had a question. It's a special place!

This Airbnb was a great place for a quick weekend getaway! The area was quiet, and close to different activities around. Public parking right by the building was definitely a bonus!

I appreciate his flexibility when I told him my situation. He was a great host, and the place was a great spot for a get together to celebrate my friend's achievement.

We had a great stay, the place was super cozy and I felt at home, they also had a bunch of stuff available for us incase we forgot anything like chargers and toothbrushes. I would stay here again if we visit again.

Steve & Lisa were great! Nice clean cozy peaceful space to relax and unwind. The beach across street is amazing and great for beach glass I went home with 50lbs!!!! I will definitely be back if I ever need somewhere to stay in Leamington

We absolutely loved the property. It was so nice to have the option to use the grill/ fire pit/ back yard. My husband loved being able to just walk down a few steps to enjoy fishing—which he did every morning and evening. We were only about an hour from Marblehead where we went to see the lighthouse and then took a ferry to Kelley’s Island. On the island, we recommend seeing the Glacial Grooves and the North Shore Alvar. Then an hour in the other direction, we were able to enjoy the views from the observation tower at Lake Erie Bluffs. And very nearby was Lakeview Park, which had a beach area with swimming. The views from the back yard at sunset were stunning. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay by the water. Judy's place might not be in the heart of Ohio City, but don't let that affect your stay. The neighborhood is great and the houses are grand and the cafes and bars are plentiful. Try Astoria is a few blocks away. The house is advertised. She keeps it minimal and the furniture is basic but functional. You won't end up sneaking off with a coffee table or a lamp. The house is clean and stocked with everything you will need. The shower is the best place in the house--you'll tell your friends and family about the pressure and the tub.

Pelican Place was the perfect spot for us to use as our home base. Walkable to Kingsville’s Main St. as well as the beautiful waterfront park. Drivable to the many wineries in the area and of course Point Pelee National Park. Pelican Place itself was so comfortable and just the “home-away-from-home” we needed.

It's a a great retreat right on the water. Jackie is a great host who responds quickly. We will definitely rebook as we didn't realize how beautiful Kingsville is!

The house was as described. The distance to the cove was excellent. My kids loved waking up early and fishing off the dock. The fire pit was amazing! Loved the stove and washer/dryer. Literally minutes from Cedar Point. 🥰

I haven’t been able to find any lakes in Ohio that are peaceful and not full of loud boats and rowdy parties, until Knox lake! What a gorgeous place to enjoy some serene kayaking or sitting on the deck with a glass of wine. This house has it all. Appliances are new, everything seems really clean and high-quality. The back yard and kayak launch are all very well maintained. You can walk right down to the hot tub without putting shoes on. I’m amazed that the third floor master bedroom stays so cool even in the summer months. We brought our toddler (almost 2yo) and the open layout of the main floor was really great for her to hang out with us. The third floor kids bedroom is a bit toasty, especially if you’re running the washer or dryer, but there’s a fan and she slept fine. This would be a great house to share with another couple/family. The basement and upstairs are separate private sleeping areas with bathrooms, and you can share the main floor/kitchen. Hoping to come back soon!

Very cute place to stay and enjoy the view through the dining area window. My friends and I enjoyed playing board games, grilling, and having fires. Lake is swimmable and looks clean but we did not swim with the weather being very cold. Overall a very quaint place to stay with lots of nature (and birds) to take in and enjoy.

This was a great cottage and within walking distance to the strip. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This house on the water front is beautiful, peaceful and well kept. Kelly was a great host. Responsive and friendly. She gave easy to follow instructions and i felt that if we had needed something she would have responded immediately. However, due to the excellent condition of the house and amenities we didn’t need a thing! We enjoyed a wonderful weekend and not only would we return but would also recommend this to anyone looking for a waterfront stay in GOTL..

This is a perfect summer get-a-way cottage on the lake. Private beach, large deck, lovely decor, and gorgeous view
