Thomas was an excellent host, had great communication and the place was very well kept. There’s a park right down the road in walking distance as well!

We stayed for one night for a concert at Surly Brewing Festival Field. The unit was clean and quiet - perfect size for five people for one night. The reserved parking spot is a great bonus.

Kimber's home was without a doubt the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. It's old school in that you're a guest in her space, but also you have your own private apartment. Everything is completely as pictured and described. But what isn't completely evident from the pictures, is how absolutely fantastic the artwork is. It was so much fun to be completely surrounded by creativity at every turn. I kind of want to move in. I'm quite certain I'd be discovering new art for months to come. Kimber is the perfect host. She was available and responsive, but never in your way. Truly an ideal situation. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the twin cities.

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.

This location was fantastic for our family of 3! The home is lovely, immediately felt comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area so much! For families, this is a fantastic location. 2 blocks to the beach, one block to nice park on a quiet street and the hosts were amazing at having the home baby proofed and ready for our arrival. Overall, it was the little touches and kind hosts that make this place truly stand out, can’t wait to visit again!

Within walking distance to one of the nicest art museums I’ve ever seen, this place was just what we were looking for during our brief but eventful stay in Minneapolis! So many great restaurants, museums, and more to visit all within a very short drive or walk from this cozy room with a great view. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Minneapolis — this home was more than we could have hoped for, especially during our wedding weekend! We have never before seen, much less been fortunate enough to stay at, a place quite like Colin’s. The space was fun, unique, and full of character, clearly reflecting Colin’s incredible artistry and talent. It was extremely comfortable and had every amenity we needed (and more!). The location was dynamite - just steps from Eat Street and a short drive to anywhere else in the Twin Cities you could want - and the off-street parking was a true blessing. Most of all, Colin was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and accommodating — the kind of person who makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host! Thank you kindly, Colin for sharing your beautiful property with us!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. Awesome stay in Northeast Minneapolis. Great location in the arts district of Minneaplis with some really great restaurants and things to do within driving distance. House was great and spacious. We were able to host family over in the large open kitchen and living area. Also, games in downstairs area was a nice addition. We will definitely be staying again!

We loved the visitor’s wall in the dining room! House was clean, comfy, spacious, and had a beautiful outside area. It was in a nice neighborhood that had walkable locations and easy parking.

I stayed at Andrea’s place for my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family flying in from different places. The space easily hosted us all and had great gathering areas as well. The kitchen was nice and big and it was nice to feel home together.

lovely house , clean and well presented. Bicycles in Garage too which was good to grab. Smart TV which I could link to my cell phone. Will certainly come back and use this again when returning to Minneapolis.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.
