Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Awesome House on Cayuga Lake!

Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Spacious, Central with Chef Kitchen & Grand Piano

First floor flat in historic Italianate home. Renovated with love. Gorgeous kitchen, sunroom, free parking, garden. Very central, near restaurants, shops and parks. 1,900 sq. ft. Contact host re 4th bedroom (has own separate entrance; is separable from rest of apt). It is almost always available. The sunroom has a grand piano, waiting to be played. The open kitchen has marble countertops, a brick chimney and a six-burner stove. We left you wine, beer and chocolate. Enjoy!

Peaceful get away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Easy 10 minute drive to Cornell and local shops and resturants. Large yard and peaceful atmosphere with ourdoor firepit charcoal grill and dinning table. Surrounded by wooded areas and close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Enjoy the local wineries and breweries and many other unique places and restaurants.

The Belle Sherman House is a fully legal ( City number #1111) two-bedroom, furnished cottage (with private entryway) attached to our home. It has a full kitchen and cozy living area. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights make this a bright and cheerful space. (Fully legal rental). We are accepting reservations from those who are vaccinated.
