Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northcote

Where to start absolute paradise. Amanda let us stay with 3 dogs last minute where other acom fell through in day of checkin. Opposite the home is doggy heaven. Big secure dog park where our 3 thrived and happy. The home itself well set up clean tidy & dog friendly. Nothing was a problem for Amanda very kind and helpful if I could give her 10/10 I would give Bellfield an 11. ❤️💃🎉👌 Absolutely best Airbnb we have ever stayed at and dogs legitimately very very welcome. Highly recommend this stay. Close to all I needed. It was very nice to have fully equipped kitchen, I like to cook and Jennifer had most items and equipment I had in my own kitchen. Even had a small selection of herbs at the door, and a nice supply of coffee and teas. Not seen in other places I have stayed. Very comfortable and cosy with quality heating. Comfortable bedding. Bbq and smoker if one wishes to use them.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient home base near city !

This is the most delightful place to spend a few days. The cottage is spacious, furnished for comfort and decorated in a beautiful aesthetic. We enjoyed generous and thoughtful provisions and it was fantastic to have a well functioning kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linen sheets. With trams, shops and cafes nearby, the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens just at the end of the street and so much to explore on foot with lovely historic homes in the surrounding streets, the location is superb. We loved our stay and Daniel’s communication was quick and I formative. Access was easy. 11 am departure was perfect.

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

The location was excellent, and the thoughtful touches, like good coffee, breakfast cereals, and milk, made the stay even better. Nadine and Chris’s apartment is beautifully presented and we felt very much at home. They are also lovely hosts and were very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. The location is ideal - a very prestigious and picturesque area which is a short walk to some very good food and coffee shops in Toorak Village, with easy access to the tram into the CBD. Next time we are in Melbourne this would be our first choice of accommodation.

We absolutely loved staying at Michael & Jenny’s place. We chose based on previous reviews and photos and everything was just as we hoped it would be and more. Lainie helped with any questions we had and also made checking in and out so easy. We will definitely use their apartment when in Melbourne again! The location, the cleanliness and a real sense of home while away made us be able to fully relax throughout our entire stay.

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, convenient to everything you'd want to do in the city. The apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Michelle is a super responsive host and we can't thank her enough for organising an early check in.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Gatehouse. The accommodation is beautiful and we were so grateful for the exceptional breakfast provisions, the fire and also the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Gill was extremely responsive and superb in her communication with us. We walked into Olinda to the exceptional Citrine Bistro, and up to the Botanic Gardens, which is an easy five minute walk. We look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Almost our second home these days with the best of everything: high quality, excellent comfortable bed and the best shower, great value $, lots of space, friendly hosts, beach, cafes & restaurants nearby.

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.

if you are looking to being spoilt and pampered, then you have come to the right place.!! As an added bonus, if you like doggies, as we do, wait until Bailey and Tralee snooze their way into your hearts. You will be smitten. Occasionally, ever so occasionally, you come across a stand out establishment that is heads and shoulders above the rest. Our hosts, Helen and Julie and their " Rose of Tralee" totally fit the bill .A complete package of excellence in every way. We wani to keep this place a secret, for our own selfish reasons, but like all the other wonderful reviews, the cat is already out of the bag.. It has been an honour and a privilege to have stayed at the "Rose of Tralee", absolutely faultless.!!
