We only rent to families and guests who are 28 and older. Newly renovated open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen w quartz countertops, 3 high back barstools & dining room table w 5 chairs. Living room with flat screen TV and faux fireplace. Master bdrm w queen bed & private bath w walk in shower. Two more spacious bdrms & full bath. Sleeps 6 adults + toddler bed.
