Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Wagga Wagga

It was our second time staying at Avalon, and we loved it. Such a great way to spend a few relaxing and enjoyable days in the country, but will all the amenities of home. Outstanding stay, and the highlight was Joel taking us on a tour of the farm. Great for families too, we will be back again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable — their kindness and hospitality were unmatched. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. What stood out most, though, was the warmth of our hosts. They greeted us with genuine smiles, and we shared some great stories that made our trip even more special. The garden is fabulous! This wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was an experience filled with care and kindness. We left feeling grateful and already dreaming about coming back. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you're in for something truly special.

We just had our stay and had such a lovely time - we really, really enjoyed it there would give it more than 5 stars if we could. fantastic combination of being on a farm in nature with all the beautiful views and animals nearby, coupled with one of the best rooms/ houses we’ve ever had. The little house is so well fitted out, really plush and comfortable- in our opinion the photos don’t do it justice! We felt right at home, very cosy and snug. Simone the host was excellent, she really went above and beyond to help us with the timing of our stay, getting back to us straight away and so on, really made us welcome. The house has lots of thoughtful touches (really good new BBQ, very comfy couch/ lounge, big smart TV, great quality bedding and towels etc, coffee machine and so on) and a fantastic set of provisions already there for breakfast. Definitely recommend!!

It was very safe and relaxing experience . The place is very clean and well maintained. Definitely, I will book again if I need to.

Very comfortable stay. Came in the evening for a rest between a long drive. Was perfect for this short trip. Clean and modern. Good and fast communication.

Our stay at Dave’s place in Wagga Wagga was great. Dave was very responsive. House was spacious, beds comfortable and had everything my young family needed for our long weekend away. We particularly loved being so close to the supermarket and playground. Would be happy to stay again.

The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay extra enjoyable. Laurie was very friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

My husband stayed here. He said 'excellent place to stay. Everything you need is there. Simple and easy to operate. Fantastic having off street parking and enclosed garden for our pet.' Highly recommend. I have stayed numerous times.

beautiful quiet little getaway spot in amongst lovey area. The place was clean, tidy and just what we needed for our stay in the area. Hosts were very helpful
