A quiet suite with bathroom and bedroom recently renovated, this private location is perfect for you. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. It really is the best of both worlds. -WiFi -Radiant in-floor heating at the bathroom -Baseboard heat in every room -Gas fireplace -In-suite laundry We will interact with our guests as much or as little as desired and possible. Deep Cove is short walk through the woods or you can take the bus. At the village you will find restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, The Deep Cove Sailing Club and a Kayak rental facility. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! You will have access to groceries stores, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop and restaurants. http://(email hidden)/ Cates Park (website hidden)(email hidden)ml -The Bus Stop is almost in front of the house. -North Vancouver has a good transit system, allowing passengers access to fantastic hiking trails and viewpoints. -Parking is on the driveway.

Light-Filled Guesthouse in Central Lonsdale
This 600 square foot, 1 bedroom laneway home feels much larger, featuring 13 foot ceilings with clerestory windows bringing in a ton of natural light. Quartz counters, Carrara marble backsplash, distressed strand-woven bamboo flooring and mid-century modern furniture give the space a gallery-like feel. In-floor heating throughout adds a cozy touch throughout the winter. An enclosed, private patio is the perfect place for a spring/summer evening nightcap. The entire space is yours to enjoy. We live close by so are available for anything our guests might need - transit directions, restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing suggestions, etc. The guest home is in Central Lonsdale, one of the friendliest areas of North Vancouver. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, but is just 3 blocks from groceries, cafes, shops, a gas station, and restaurants. There is a parking space available on the property and a lot of street parking available. Parking is never an issue. Our location is extremely central to transit with a bus stop around the corner, 3 blocks to Lonsdale and all amenities, short walk (15-20 min) to sea bus offering access to downtown Vancouver. 20 minutes via bus to downtown Vancouver. 3 minutes to Highway 1, 10 minutes to Grouse Mountain and less than an hour and a half to Whistler.
