Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Because of the location the area does not suffer from any light pollution and as such on clear nights you can experience truly breathtaking dark sky stargazing. Days can be lazy and restful or activity filled in this beautiful location.

A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Ram is an off-grid shepherd’s hut made for simple, sky-gazing stays. Wake to birdsong, brew coffee in the kitchenette, then linger over breakfast on the covered deck. Spend slow afternoons reading or spotting deer, and slide into the Swedish wood-fired hot tub as dusk falls and dark skies blaze through the roof window. Inside, natural timber, a small stove and snug double bed keep things cosy. Leave the clock behind and let fire, forest and stars set the pace.
