Appartement confortable et fonctionnel avec les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons pu arriver après minuit grâce à la clé dans la boîte aux lettres de la résidence et l’hôte a été très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes même tard dans la nuit.

Strategic Apartment 2 is a great value in a good location. We enjoyed the views from the 20th floor. The bed is incredibly comfortable- one of the best that we have experienced in Indonesia. If you are not used to street noise, you may find it difficult to sleep. However, the apartment is quieter than some places that we have stayed in the city of Medan. If you are used to some street noise, it shouldn't be any problem. Reza did a good job communicating and the check in instructions were clear. We did find that the key card only worked in one elevator. Overall a very good experience and we would stay here again if back in Medan.

Stay di unit ini selama 7malam, lokasinya strategis. Mudah diakses kemana mana, selangkah aja menuju Delipark mall. Area loby juga bersih & terang, concierge 24 jam. Unit & kelengkapan sesuai gambar & deskripsi. bersih & tidak berdebu dan cukup terawat dengan baik. AC 3 unit semuanya dingin. Toilet juga bersih. Kitchen bersih, peralatan memasak ringan semuanya lengkap disediakan, mulai dr mangkuk, piring, sendok , garpu cukup praktis bagi yg sering memesan makanan online apalagi stay lama. Linen & bedsheet semuanya bersih. Peralatan kebersihan seperti pel, ember dll juga tersedia ga takut lantai kotor/berdebu walaupun stay lama. Wifi cepat, Smart TV , dan terpenting utk yg stay lama air minum, tersedia Filter amway. Fasilitas juga bs diakses seperti gym, kolam renang hingga lounge. Host Ms Helen sangat ramah & responsive menjawab semua pertanyaan . Instruksi yg diberikan juga jelas dari awal Check in, hingga Checkout. Semoga lain waktu ke Medan bs stay lagi disini. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! I stayed there for one month and enjoyed every moment of it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants. But using grab is usual in here. The view from 15th floor is really nice and open, and the pool downstairs is long enough and clean, gym and table tennis there as well. Also to air cons in the apartment doing their job properly. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches, it was clear they truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I would definitely book again in the future! I stayed also in hotels but I like the feeling of home, and I had it.

tempat ci elly sangat nyaman seperti di rumah sendiri dan sangat luas cocok untuk membawa keluarga, namun akan lebih baik jika kamar yang 1 lagi di beri penutup seperti pintu atau gorden karna tidak nyaman tidur dilihat orang lain. dan akan lebih baik jika di hubungi melalui wa bisa lebih di respon, karena saya gagal perpanjang masa inap karena ci elly tidak balas pesan abang saya. namun tempat elly sangat saya rekomendasikan karena kenyamanannya terjamin.

The place is great, comfortable, and clean. The apartment facility like gym, play ground also the swimming pool are very nice and clean. Amazing location, just closed by the biggest shopping mall with many fantastic food options right around.. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

A cozy place with great location! (connected with delipark mall) As I was travelling with baby and elderly, I find it very convenient to stay in this unit. Most neccesities were provided. It has washing machine and 2 bathrooms with water heater. Kitchen is also well equipped, host even provide uv dish dryer. Moreover, the unit has a private lift. And Winny is such a friendly and helpful host!
