House holiday rentals in North Stonington

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

The house was perfect for my family. I loved the convenience of the one-floor layout and way it allows views of the pool and deck from the almost everywhere so we could enjoy it even when the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't swim. The family /living room was comfortable and great for relaxing or watching a film. The lower level playroom was great fun with ping pong and billiards set up in two areas. We found everything we needed including electric outlets where you need them. The location was great for us and our rides to Montauk and the other towns in the area for museums and restaurants and views. The only thing less than perfect was low water pressure in the master bath sinks and shower, which Abigail said the plumber was addressing. She was extremely responsive and helpful.

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

Dan was an incredible host. First- he is very accommodating and responsive. My family stayed at his place and loved how welcoming and clean it was upon entering. There was coffee and even extra treats. We couldn’t have asked for a better short, but sweet stay. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The home was very clean and well stocked. The outside patio furniture on the deck with the view of the lake was a huge bonus for eating meals, and playing games with our family. The location for us was great, not a long drive to the aquarium, many museums and other fun things to do.

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Cecilia was super friendly and easy to deal with, the house is amazing and stocked with anything you could need, she helped us out on very short notice with a place to stay when our home was under construction and even was able to reserve the house for us to have a short term rental for the following 4 months

I was very happy with our stay. The pictures represented the house well but I got an even better feeling when we got inside. It was a great location for us. We went to my son's graduation at URI. Though it was around 30 minutes away we got there easily. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Honey Dew right around the corner so though Kelly had the house well stocked with coffee and dishware, we were able to grab some food items from there. We celebrated the graduation with dinner at Vetranos. Before leaving we took a nice ride by the water and beaches. If we were going for a summer vacation would consider staying there also. The house was charming and comfortable for myself, husband, parents and 3 adult sons. I would have enjoyed staying an extra day. Also Kelly and husband were very gracious to allow us to snack on a few items that they left in the fridge. I wish I had had the time to leave something for them. Thanks Kelly for being a great host!

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

A true gem right outside of downtown Mystic within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect location, beautiful home, great neighborhood. Our group couldn’t have been happier with our stay, and would most definitely stay here again. Greg is a fantastic host who is ultra responsive and there on a dime if needed. Check this place out if you’re heading to the Mystic/Groton/Stonnington area.

Scott’s house was absolutely gorgeous, and exactly as advertised. We walked in to a beautiful gift basket with local wine and the makings for s’mores, which was such a thoughtful touch. There was a handbook that explained where everything in the house was located and made some local recommendations like restaurants and things to do. The house was well-stocked and the outdoor area was thoughtfully furnished and spacious. It was very close to Foxwoods, a local winery, and Mystic Pizza II. We loved staying in Scott’s beautiful home, and highly recommend it!

Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

Great getaway for the family and the perfect location to access everything Mystic had to offer. Kathy was so helpful and responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The historical context of the main house and guest house (1750 House) is very interesting and we loved learning a little about the property. The 1750 House is perfectly appointed and all amenities were as described. We wish we had another day or two to continue to enjoy our stay. We’ll be back!

The space was very clean and minimal, just as described. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates simplicity and a clutter-free environment. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Our stay at Michaela’s was very comfortable and cozy! It’s very easy to find, was a breeze to check into, was spotless inside, and just as it appeared in photos and descriptions. It was wonderful that our mini golden doodle was welcome to stay with us and everything from the bed to the sofa and chairs were comfy. The location was perfect for our needs, (a wedding not far from the beach), and despite being on a main road, it was really not very loud at all. It’s a convenient location off the highway with ample parking and a grocery store across the street. We would happily stay again in the future!
