This beautiful historic house was constructed in the year 1880 and used to be uninhabitable until about few years ago when it went through an extensive renovation inside and out. Before booking this space please read all the information. This is a basement apartment, with a kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom. Here are a few considerations before u book. The ceilings measured from top to floor a little over 6 ft. There is a sub pump. You usually hear it when it flushes. However, the noise is not unbearable. But if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not for you. There is 1 free parking space in the backyard, and free parking on the street.
