A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Two large bedrooms with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area downstairs, including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. This recently renovated free standing 2 bedroom house is perfect for your next beach or golfing holiday. It has a lounge / dining, kitchen and toilet downstairs with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Waitemata Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe. My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

A comfortable and light one bedroom apartment. Lovely Takapuna Beach is at the end of the street. Amenities, Takapuna shops restaurants/bars, buses/ferries, North Shore Hospital and motorway all close by. It has that beach feeling while being only a ten minute drive to central city. Please note that the space best accommodates x3 adults only if you’re willing to share the bedroom x1 queen bed and x1 single. Otherwise best for x2 adult with child configuration.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
