Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

I have stayed at a lot of places and this is by far one of the best places I've stayed at. Most comfortable bed and well-stocked vacation rental that had everything you could possibly need. Amazing backyard and immaculate home-would definitely go back!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. What an amazing house. Decorations were great, super clean, modern and perfect for our family get together. The pool was amazing and we loved the pickleball court. And huge TVs

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

This was well worth the price, I felt lucky to have found this upscale very roomy 2BR/2bath unit for less than a hotel room. It was immaculate, with stocked coffee supply with all amenities, the host was available and accommodating immediately. Must say, we loved the place!

We were a group of 4 that stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great central location, house was tidy, very comfortable beds, and they were great hosts. Would stay here again :)

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!

This was super convenient for my needs with work and rest afterwards. Loved that it has a pool and hot tub amenity. I’d go here again.
