Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this place and will be staying here again next time I’m in Arizona. The place is very well kept and I felt right at home. Location is also awesome as there’s tons of great restaurants and places to shop etc. The BAVR team was very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

This was our second time staying in this condo while we visited nearby family. Everything about it was excellent, as we anticipated. It was very clean, had a well-supplied kitchen, a lovely view from the balcony, a nice pool and hot tub and nearby walking paths. Stores and restaurants were just a short drive away. We would recommend this property to others and hope to stay there the next time we come back to the area.

This apartment was the perfect place for my two friends and I! The interior was gorgeous and decorated so nicely. The apartment was spacious and had the most comfortable bedding as well. We had a little trouble using the keypad to enter the apartment, but Angeleena responded within minutes and helped us out. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a getaway in Scottsdale!

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

She Very helpful with everything I needed

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the 2 master suites and the private garage! Laundry facilities were a great bonus as well. The host was very flexible and responsive and has the place filled with amenities. Very clean and spacious space with TVs upstairs and downstairs. Felt secure and private with the gated entrance. Great central location as well, will be back in Phoenix for a stay here again!

The room was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our wedding weekend. Definitely would recommend for anyone staying in Old Town Scottsdale. It is the perfect distance away from the busy roads, but close enough to access everything around.

We enjoyed the end of our Arizona trip at Trevor and Susan’s! It felt like our own private resort. Everything was clean, beautiful furniture, even had some beverages in the fridge. Loved having fresh fruit right out our door. We already want to plan a trip back to stay there longer!

Excellent communication from the hosts and everything was exactly as described. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and wicked fast Wi-Fi made it beyond worth the stay. There's covered parking at the back which I didn't find until after checkout (oops, silly me) and the location is central to much of Scottsdale and its surrounds. For a first time Airbnb experience, this one knocked it out of the park and I'm certain I'll happily stay again.

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

We chose this place because it was close to our home and wanted a place to spread out for Thanksgiving with our visiting family members and their dog. It met all of our needs and exceeded expectations. Quiet and private. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and organized and home was very clean. 2 car garage was a plus. Pool and hot tub very nice. We would definitely return!

Great place that was perfect for our family, kids enjoyed the pool and there is space for luggage if you don't travel light. The open living and dining room has tall ceilings that made us feel like we were in a large home and the tall windows gave us excellent lighting for family photos all day, it was like it was studio lit! Maybe you don't read a lot about the lighting in a rental but when those epic family photos are caught of game playing, cooking etc it really was perfect for that. It looks like the fireplace might even work but we didn't use it. If you are looking for a place to stay during the Phoenix Open, for that this place is absolutely prime so book immediately!!

Great stay and communication, would stay here again in a heartbeat

We had a great experience staying here. It was super clean, easy to find and park, and had everything we needed to stay for several days. Our host was clear and communicated well, left us easy instructions, and responsive to all questions. The beds were comfy, they provided towels for the pool (which was also quiet and lovely), and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We’ll definitely be staying again next time we’re in town.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The place was just as expected; beautiful, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived we were unsure of where to go but the host’s assisted answered immediately and helped guide us. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great; central to all things (restaurants, activities- golf, hiking, etc). We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pub on the first floor. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was so relaxing! Our only complaint was the loud street noise at night, but we made due with a sound machine. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay again.
