Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Santander

We stayed for 10 days, and it was an absolute pleasure, Valentina was always helpful if we needed additional things or info. We felt at home and felt welcome. We would recommend a stay here for sure. The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for passenger comfort and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With easy and quick access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to restaurants in Caobos. Mr. Jesus is a friendly, professional host, always available. The reception staff are very helpful. My 85-year-old mum has already 'informed' us that this is where she'll be staying when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Thank you very much, Mr. Jesús.

Patricia is super friendly and attentive. The apartment is very central and looks even better in person, everything is very comfortable, we felt at home!

The apartment is very well maintained, well furnished and very clean, there is a bakery and an ara nearby, the doormen are very friendly, the location is very good, Gloria always responded to our concerns

It's an excellent place, very quiet and very well located. Everything was tidy and clean, the terrace has an excellent view. Juan was always attentive to anything I might need and also gave me very good recommendations.

Adriana spot is my perfect place to stay in Bucaramanga. The central location cannot be beat. Tha apartment is spacious and the kitchen is great. Very few places offer washer and dryer

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

Highly recommended. The house is very nice, its spaces are comfortable and very quiet. Juan is a very good host and is always willing to meet the needs of guests. Very central and with various shops nearby for all kinds of activities, and the best of all, you all walk.

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had to edit our stay to only 1 night but it was a personal situation and it had nothing to do with the place. Maria was great as a host and she kindly allowed us to change our reservation. The house was welcoming and clean. Maria even had a thoughtful present for my mom since we were celebrating mother's day.

Overall the whole stay and the place, excellent. Highly recommended. The only observation is that there was no one to receive us to hand over the keys at check-in. And communication was very slow but the goal was achieved.

I have rented Brian‘s place multiple multiple times it is so comfortable and relaxing. So much to do around the area. Easy walking distance to everything. Brian is a extremely great host will always check on you make sure everything‘s good. Bed is extremely comfortable. The apartment is definitely a home away from home. I will be staying there again in August, it is definitely my go to place when I’m staying in Cucuta

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Good location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need Friendly concierge, the only bad thing is that it does not have thermopanel windows and the apartment is on an avenue where you can hear absolutely everything All the motorcycles that passed all the vehicles until the early morning were heard, it took a lot of rest, I was with a 3 M baby and it was difficult to sleep. should invest in some windows that isolate the noise to make the stay totally enjoyable, or specify it in the review.
