The location is very convenient, about 10mins from the city. Nice little unit, very clean, well kept and not cluttered. Love the aesthetic of the interior. Can confirm about the mattress that everyone had talked about is very comfy to sleep on :)

A very comfortable, quiet location with a spacious house with all amenities included including a washing machine & clothesline. The shower had a grab rail in it which would be handy for people with mobility problems. A fully equipped kitchen & large lounge. The tv was huge & would be great to watch a movie on (although we never used it as too busy)! The bedroom had a variety of pillows both thick & thin to suit everyone’s needs. The bed was very comfortable. A bonus for us was not having the house lit up everywhere outside at night. The garden was small & well trimmed with shrubs outside bedroom window which obscured a lot of the outside light & provided some privacy. The neighbourhood was very quiet within the gated area nor could we hear much traffic despite being close to the shopping centre & highway. All in all, a delightful place to stay & would happily stay again. The hosts were very helpful.

We had a wonderful two months stay at Gemma and Karen’s place. It was a home from home while we looked for a permanent home and we had everything we needed. The house was well set up with everything we needed for a long term stay and a couple of issues we had were dealt with quickly by our amazing hosts. A bbq was quickly replaced when the burners went faulty and our hosts were great at checking up with us to see how we were. After a two month stay and social interactions with our hosts at the local Bingal Bay cafe (which is a great community hub) we consider the hosts as good friends too! The house is just 500m from one of the most glorious beaches in the area and we had the most relaxing time enjoying a home that we considered our home for the stay. Thank you Karen and Gemma for making our stay as relaxing as possible. We hope to see the family around the Mission Beach area now we have decided to stay here rather than head to a bigger city. My family and I had a great stay at the Crack-Up Sisters house. We were a group of two couples and two single ladies visiting Winton for Opera in the Outback and to learn all about the town that our mother grew up in. The house was quirky but very comfortable for us all. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved all the care and attention the girls had put into the interior decorations and the amenities. We also liked sitting out on the back verandah looking over the Dustarena after our busy days. The Crack-Up Sisters and their home are a great asset to Winton.

The Ants Nest is a beautiful old cottage that felt homely as soon as you walked through the door. Perfect for family with the beach located directly in front of the property and the lovely foreshore park and playground viewing distance from the front veranda. Highly recommend a stay there

A great little home in an idyllic setting by Lake Tinaroo. Walking distance to the Quirky little town of Yungaburra and within driving distance to many natural wonders of FNQ which are definitely worth visiting. We had a lovely time while staying in this lovely little home enjoying many a meal on the back deck, while taking in the view and watching different wildlife pass by. The home was very clean & comfortable and our host Michelle was easily contacted providing any assistance where we needed. I highly recommend visiting the area and staying at this peaceful lakeside property. We have had a wonderful time exploring Yungaburra and many iconic tourist destinations in the surrounding areas, it really is a beautiful part of the country.

We had a great stay at the very charming Library apartment. Eileen and her husband were fantastic hosts and provided great suggestions for where to visit during our stay. Access to the pool was a bonus!

A lovely location overlooking the marina. Walking distance to the grocery store and a great fresh seafood shop.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The view is amazing and the apartment has everything we needed for a relaxed stay on Magnetic Island.
