Holiday rentals with beach access in North Queensland

Such a great little flat in a super location. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, shop and little restaurant. Emma and Matt were amazing at communicating and very generous with check in and out times.

We definitely had a very good time at Wendy’s place and we’d recommend to anyone willing to enjoy some time with a beachfront apartment ☺️

Steve and Bettina’s place was a fantastic location for our 5 day stay. The apartment is as described - clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is a great location to restaurants and the Strand as well as nice and quiet! Steve and Bettina were always approachable and responsive with our questions. This apartment is a little gem, smack bang in The Strand area. Great location with local amenities close by for singles, couples and families. It is walking distance to the most important things that Townsville offers. The apartment itself was well maintained. Clean, tidy and has everything you need for an inclusive time away. Andy was easy to communicate with and the apartment easy to access. I would definitely recommend this property. Well worth the price paid. Thank you Andy...awesome time had..Cheers!

Place was spotless and location was perfect. The check in was seamless and facilities were amazing and suited me perfectly

It was really great to stay at Scott's place in Balgal Beach. He responded within 10 minutes, extremely flexible including allowing us to check out late, allowing us to use the deck upstairs (as he was away) and suggestions for food places. The one bedroom apartment downstairs is quite big with a lounge area, a large bedroom with two double beds and a kitchen & dining area. It is very clean, neatly decorated and organized. The location of the place could not be better right across the beach and within 100m of a great fish and chips place! Highly recommended and I look forward to returning here soon.

The accommodation was exactly what we needed with a great location. A few minor hiccups pertaining to local weather issues in the weeks prior that were resolved before we attended. Prompt response when an aircon was found to be faulty and appropriate recognition and action. The house itself had so much space and was fantastic for this family getaway. Would definitely consider this host and location again.

The Ants Nest is a beautiful old cottage that felt homely as soon as you walked through the door. Perfect for family with the beach located directly in front of the property and the lovely foreshore park and playground viewing distance from the front veranda. Highly recommend a stay there

We loved Richard’s beautiful home. The space has been thoughtfully designed and is beautiful and practical, with the two pavilions offering space and privacy. Beautifully clean and in such a handy location to town. Everything about this has the wow factor. We loved the pool, the indoor-outdoor aspects of the decks hallway. Thank you for hosting us. We had such a great stay, a beautiful place, great rooms & facilities and an amazing outdoor area with views out to Dunk island and down the beach. So close to the water, down the stairs, and out the gate to 10kms of pristine coastline. Incredible sunrise and shaded beach in the arvo. So much to do, from island hopping and fishing charters to exploring the inland hikes, waterfalls and swimming holes. We were torn between spending time exploring and hanging at the house - it really is a beautiful property to chill at, the pictures don't do it justice.

We Stayed at Cape Escape for almost a week and how I wish we could stay longer. Very peacefull and relaxing. neighbourhood and just across the beach. The Property is very spacious, rooms are big with comfortable beds. Surely we'll book this listing again if we're in Townsville.

We spent Christmas holidays in Mel's beautiful house. Fantastic location-- beach front, a minute walk to cafes and bar and near the boat ramp. Everyone love the pool! Will definitely come back next time around.
