Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the perfect home to escape for a few days. Our host was so helpful and great at communicating with us. The house is beautiful, clean and convenient to local restaurants and the beach. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you will have everything you need. Plenty of towels, really nice beach chairs, clean laundry facility, comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of kitchen essentials… it was perfect!

We loved our stay here, Jeff and Alexandra went above and beyond in welcoming us. Sweet touches, essentials provided, cleaned very well, any minor issue we had was promptly addressed and taken care of! I’m not sure we’ve ever had a better experience anywhere. Easy little walk to beach access, and had all the beach gear! Thank you so much, y’all are the best! We will be back!

This is the second time me and my family stays at Bogumilas place. It is perfect! Clean , spacious and peaceful. Close to everything you need. Bogumilas always responds fast if you have any questions. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Loved everything about this stay!!! Pictures matched space perfectly but the views from the patio must be experienced in person! Close to local beaches with lots going on but so nice to have a small slice of private beach to enjoy. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

After spending the night in the beautiful, well-appointed condo, take your coffee or breakfast out to the lovely, private courtyard and plan your day. Take a walk down to Venice Beach. After lunch, walk (or drive) up Venice Ave. to hit the great shops and restaurants. Or, you’re centrally located to explore the beaches or shops in Englewood or Nokomis. Sarasota’s attractions are as close as a 45 minute drive. At the end of the day, head to the beach, once again, to catch the sunset before retiring to this comfy, condo home-away-from-home, so centrally located in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood on Venice Isle.

Suzanne's place was great! We loved that it was a short walking distance to both the beach and the intercoastal. It was great to have extra beach towels, pillows, and blankets. Neighborhood feels safe, and is nice and quiet. It was super hot the week that we were there, so the AC had a hard time keeping up, which is understandable. Unfortunately, the Manasota Key Beach park was closed for renovations when we were there. We will be back!

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

I had a fantastic stay while I was in Port Charlotte! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a three-week stay. The small balcony overlooking the water was perfect while working from home! The whole development was very quiet, relaxed, and clean. The pool was uncrowded and very peaceful and the pier over the river was great for an afternoon walk or morning coffee. The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you're hoping to see various parts of Florida! It's centrally located and allowed me to visit many places while I was in the area. Tampa is only about an hour and a half away, there are plenty of nearby beaches, and I took a nice day trip to the Everglades! Port Charlotte is pretty quiet, but there are plenty of places to walk and everything I needed was withing 10-15 minutes of the apartment. Ray was very communicative and helpful! 10/10 stay!

Mile is an amazing host and caters to every need. There are notes on restaurants and specific things and activities that a family can do while staying at this wonderful and amazing location that is located in the condo. The condo was clean and very well done inside with all the amenities needed for the perfect vacation with no hassles. Please do not miss out on this gem if it becomes available. Mile is very attentive to details to ensure a splendid stay at this location. Mile is definitely a SUPER HOST. Stay was amazing. Thanks for everything Mile.

Gary and Vicki's place was great! The space, the pool, the games, to name a few, were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and it was the perfect space for relaxing and still have the time to head to the pool or beach. The beaches were super close and not packed with people. The amenities that Gary and Vicki had fit perfect to what we needed for beach time. For example, a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels etc. The neighborhood was very friendly and we felt safe the whole time!

We had a great week. Beautiful view off of the terrace. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Vertical blinds were tricky to use. Trial size shampoo, conditioner, soap would have been helpful. Lights in living area at night were very dim.

Had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Englewood, Florida this past week. The area was peaceful, close to the beach, and perfect for unwinding. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Would definitely come back!

The condo was large and accommodating! My only issue was the elevator, which was repaired while we were there, and the lack of outdoor grills. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Fantastic location, meticulously clean, most comfortable bed ever, so many amenities. The pool was crystal clear and the temp was perfect. Easy walk to the pier for fishing and accessing our boat. So many nice touches including condiments, spices, coffee, beach accessories, fishing poles… you get the picture. It was marvelous to not have to buy or worry about bringing all these things along. Tammie was so quick to respond to all my questions, she’s an amazing host. She kept in contact with us before and during hurricane Debby to make sure we were safe. Very kind and thoughtful, we will definitely stay again. Thank you Tammie, you’re the hostess with the mostess. Wish we could have stayed longer.
