Our stunning King’s Park is a short stroll up the street. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Our spacious Guestsuite is walking distance to University of WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. It consists a lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Enjoy your home away from home in my centrally located studio apartment which has a spacious fully enclosed courtyard. It’s walking distance to Hyde Park, the cafes and restaurants of Mt Lawley, Highgate, and North Perth. The bus is on your doorstep, or take a ride on an e-scooter. If you have a car, secure off-street parking is available. Please note: to accept your booking I kindly ask you to agree to House Rules and provide names of each guest when booking (STRA & Council requirements).

The Standalone Granny Flat is at the back of the main house (main house is Grey in colour with a picture frame of Buddha) Please park vertical on the lawn area in front of the main house. Parking is only for 1 car. No cleaning charges guest to make sure to clean the unit before checkout and bins emptied. No Loud Noise after 6pm No extra guest allowed Situated in the Morley Suburb this property puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options. Kitchen facilities available

Welcome to our place in Bayswater - one of the older suburbs in Perth, with tree-lined streets and character homes just 15 minutes to the Perth CBD. It's a great location to explore, being just 20 minutes to the beach, or the Swan Valley wineries, or Perth Hills trails and art galleries. If you're bringing your dog then you're really in luck with one of the best dog parks just five minutes down the road at Riverside Gardens. Golf clubs and bikes available on request. Come and enjoy!
