Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Padre Island

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

Inviting, clean house in a comfortable family neighborhood. It was just the right size and spacious inside. Loved the vintage pink bathroom! Tatiana was always quick to respond and flexible when I had unexpected changes in my travel plans. I appreciated the keyless entry. Next time I plan to be in Corpus Christi, Tatiana's house will be the first place I look to stay in.

Accommodations were extremely nice. I highly recommend this venue. Great view of the morning sunrise off the upstairs deck. I would definitely stay here again.

Tanya is a fantastic host. She was very friendly and welcomed us with a congratulations note on our wedding. We are thinking about coming again next year. We are blessed to have been able to be dealing with Tanya. Thanks again.

We had a GREAT stay here for my son's wedding that was at a nearby venue. Check in and out was very easy and Sandra was excellent at communicating with us. Her husband even helped me troubleshoot one of the TV's that we couldn't figure out at first. The only knock was that a couple of the smaller beds in one of the units had sheets that had not been cleaned from a prior guest. We were able to easily wash them, and this was probably the cleaning crew's gaffe. Other than that, the place was is a perfect location for us and had everything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Sandra was an excellent host!

Our stay at Rebecca's was wonderful. We definitely will be coming back. Less than 10 minutes away from the Arts District & the beach, the house still retains a feeling of nostalgia. Walks in the neighborhood were peaceful & quiet. The font porch was great for a morning cup of tea (or coffee). Back patio was pretty great too - a long table for eating & playing games as well as a small table perfect for an evening glass of wine (or other beverage of choice)... with plenty of patio space left over. I don't know which I enjoyed more - the inside or the outside of the house. Rebecca was a wonderful host.

We booked this trip less than 24 hours ahead of time and thanks to the host they made it happen for us. I couldn't be more grateful! The location was perfect and it allowed us to drop our bags, rent a golf cart and, and find our way to the beach all within minutes. Can't wait to visit again!

Very clean nice place to stay

Lovely little space for a small family or couple of friends. Wonderful pool and patio spaces for relaxing and hanging out. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!!!

The rental was very nice and clean. Leticia is very responsive and my grandma who is 96 years old was able to get in and out without any problems. The rental is very accessible even for individuals with limited mobility. I recommend 100%.

Great place to stay!! The room pretty much has everything you need for a beach getaway. My kids loved the pool and fishing on the dock . It’s about a 5 minute drive to whitecap beach and the jetties so it’s a great location Definitely going to stay again !!

It was a really nice space they had everything you need. The area was amazing really close to the beach. The pool area was spacious. It wasn’t that noisy to much.

The pictures don't do justice to how lovely and well-appointed the unit is. In addition, the location is phenomenal! I highly recommend this place 👌

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

Great space for 1-2 people. Couch large, comfortable and lots of space to spread out and relax. 3 min walk to Whitecap Beach.

This is our 2nd time staying at Lorie's. She is beyond exceptional and deserving of not just 5 but 6 stars! Her condo is beautiful and clean and has ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. She is a true joy to communicate with and is friendly and prompt. Ger place has a good view and is very tranquil. We plan to stay at Lorie's Airbnb as much as we can! She is truly a top 1% host!

Evan‘s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful time. He was also super responsive and gave us recommendations for places to eat and what beaches to go to. Also, didn’t have a huge checklist for cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Was such a nice stay! Responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Pool wasn’t opened so we were offered a longer stay, which I thought was extremely nice. Wonderful host!

We absolutely loved the place/location! The beach was just around the corner or a super short drive. We enjoyed the pool that was just down stairs and my husband loved that he was just able to walk across the street to fish! The only thing that we did not like was that the electricity for the island had went out twice. Not the owners fault that’s why we still consider the place 5 stars because everything was perfect for us except that. We were able to open up the windows to enjoy the nice ocean breeze til things were back up and running. The place was just right for our mini family of 4 getaway. It had everything we needed or forgot. We’d stay again for sure 👍🏼

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.

Great peaceful place sure did relax. My girls really enjoyed it especially because as soon as they can go out they were fishing. We felt safe and at home while there.
