Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Naples, Naples Park

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

I wished we stayed longer. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks, working while visiting our daughter. The home was perfect for the 2 of us. Because we were working during the day, we needed desks. Jana made sure we had a desk in each bedroom. The internet speed was outstanding. Even with both of us on conference calls at the same time we had no lag, no dropped calls. Everything is close by: restaurants, stores, even the beach. I took several walks to the beach during my hour lunch break and walked to restaurants in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet but there are always people walking around: walking dogs or kids in strollers. Gave a sense of family, a sense of home. Jana is amazing. She gave us cute welcome gifts and another because there was some noise from next door, that we didn’t even notice. She’d checked in with us and was quick to answer questions. She made sure we knew where everything was and what beaches to go to. We can’t wait to stay again next year…but longer.

David’s place was terrific. It was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. David was very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Located a short walk from Mercato which offers shopping, dining and entertainment. Vanderbilt beach is about a 25 minute walk, which is great because parking is often full. Inside the rental is like a little sanctuary. Outside is unremarkable. Parking is steps away. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood. You can relax at the home while also exploring many things in the area. Quiet location. House was perfect for a family or a small group. We would definitely book again.

The property had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location was ideal for exploring Naples, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The amenities were well-maintained and the entire space felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more attentive host. The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

Ted's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Naples. He is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Great location, nicely furnished home, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful beach amenities, and a beautiful and private pool/spa to relax in after a day at the beach. I look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time and Elina was a wonderful host. The house was fantastic, the open airy feel made us comfortable immediately. The layout was perfect, for 4 girls, with 4 full baths and bedrooms. We drove to the beach, short drive, and really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. We biked to the Sunset, about 7 minute bike ride and again, loved the use of the bike. We were there for Memorial day and were able to make use of the grill and enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the pool. Elina was very responsive to any needs that arose. We plan to come back to this property again!! We loved it!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s place for a very special weekend—my wedding! The home was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my family. Jody was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was also ideal—close to convenient stores, Mercato, and other great spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

Lindsay’s place was perfect! Beautiful, very neat and clean! The beach is only two blocks away and all the beach necessities are provided! We enjoyed walking to the Mercato every morning for coffee and shopping. Lindsay was very helpful with recommendations and answered all my questions quickly. We look forward to staying here again!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
