My cozy home is just minutes from Naples's famous beaches, high-end shopping, and dining at Mercato. Ride the bikes to Vanderbilt Beach. Easy access to RSW Airport (35min away from the house) and I-75. I have two private screened lanais, and the property has a large, fenced backyard. The home includes 4 beach cruisers, a grill, and items you need for the beach. For in-home entertainment I have most streaming services (requires personal log-in) books, and games.

Immaculate Naples Home Minutes from the Beach

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

Naples Park is a perfect beach neighborhood and this is the perfect beach house with a pool. It is a short distance to the sand, restaurants, and markets. everything you need is close by. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s beach house! The home is exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and every space in the house is thoughtfully prepared to make you feel right at home. Eduardo was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even smoother. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back for another lovely vacation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place by the beach!

Luxurious "Villa in the Hills"

This home was fantastic. Had everything we could have imagined. We celebrated my husbands birthday with our adult children (6 of us). It was spacious, well taken care of and the back yard was phenomenal. Beautiful pool, great hot tub, large covered deck to hang out on. And the extensive outdoor barbeque area was a huge bonus as we were able to cook lunch & dinner out there. We loved the area too - just. Short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Danijela was so easy to communicate with and our stay was fantastic.
