Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Great stay amazing view of the city

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

Was only in phoenix for a day but fell in love with this listing i took the chance to reserve the minimum stay anyways and I must say it did not fall short to my expectations! Great location many restaurants around not to far from everything else that was of my interest to do in AZ, very clean & modern, Sacha was a fantastic and very responsive(even before I booked) would love to come back and bring my kiddos as the place is also family friendly!

Had a great stay at Marcie's place while visiting with family in the area. It's a very nice spacious, comfortable home, and an exceptional value compared to hotel accommodations for our group of six. The pool was wonderful and very refreshing during the (very) hot summer days. We will definitely be back! Thank you Marcie and Lee!

It was a great stay in a lovely home, with everythung we needed and more. Great location. Children and grandkids enjoyed the pool. Stores near by for anything we needed that we got forgot to pack. We all loved the home and would stay again anytime. deffinetly worth the price.

On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

Great stay, clean and modern had all the comforts of home and enjoyed the pool.

Joel ( and his place) were absolutely amazing! I was in a pinch with my current living situation and Joel let me check in early, was very, very communicative, and the living space was absolutely perfect! I only wish I could have stayed longer but I know if I need a place to stay in the future and in the same area, I will choose Joel's place hands down!

Walking in, I felt right at home. It was the perfect space for us. The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. The instructions on entering and exiting were easy. The area was quiet and peaceful.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Beautiful place. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Alicia’s place had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate the small details like the vacuum lines on the furniture and the tying of the kitchen towels. I will definitely book here again if I visit Phoenix again.

Gabriel was very helpful and provided lots of great detail when checking in and checking out. The Airbnb was clean and was really comfortable. Also, very quick to respond when we had questions.
