Holiday rentals with beach access in North-East Penang Island District

Fantastic large apartment with all the amenities you need and a great pool.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Chee is a super friendly, responsive and helpful host. He provided us with everything we asked for. The place is cozy and comfortable. We didn’t regret to choose it!

Sarah was the nicest person I rented from on Airbnb for the past 7 years. She provided ideas and recommendations and was always responsive. She even offered us a full bag of fruits :) The place has everything you need to cook, sleep, shower and a enjoy the sea view. There is an amazing restaurant 2 min away that has delicious Indian food, and the beach view is amazing from inside the house. We definitelly recommend staying at Sarah’s house if you want to stay away from the crowded city and malls to just enjoy the nature of Penang and the nearby parks and farms. ❤️

Its a kampung house from the outside but once you go in its all newly built & its super clean inside. Its just walking distance from paddy field. Really worth the money we paid for.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

reasonable price for a big group staycation

Overall clean and tidy. Washing machine provided and huge space for laundry. Carporch is big enough for 3 small cars.

The villa is very beautiful and well maintained.. we had a great family time for 3D2N. The team was responsive and communication was straightforward.

Nestled in a charming village setting, the property is surrounded by lush coconut trees and banana trees, offering a truly tranquil environment. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling leaves was a refreshing change from the constant noise of the city. The air felt fresher, the pace of life slower, and everything about the place encouraged relaxation. Just a 5-minute drive away, I found myself at the edge of vast paddy fields — the view of the golden rice swaying in the breeze was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is also great for exploring. Penang Escape and Entopia Penang are only about 30 minutes’ drive away, so day trips are easy and convenient. After a fun day out, coming back to the peaceful village atmosphere was the perfect balance.

good and nice place for gathering

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Just returned from this exceptional beachfront condo. Location is perfect—literally steps from the sand. The amenities were outstanding, both in-unit and throughout the building. Traveling with our baby, we faced one challenge: the vibrant beach nightlife occasionally disrupted our little one’s sleep. Thankfully, the excellent window insulation minimized most noise, making it manageable. Despite this minor issue, the spectacular location and premium amenities made our stay truly worthwhile. Highly recommended for beach lovers, especially if you like nightlife.
