Pet-friendly holiday rentals in North East

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! Perfect Rental! Lovely Rustic finished-basement in a private home, in an upscale neighborhood on the Mainline. Huge Living Room, large Bar/Kitchenette area, large bedroom with ensuite bathroom; outside there are several different seating areas in the large/bucolic back yard. Retired couple from Florida rented Don's place for a week while helping our daughter, who was moving into an apartment in the area. The rental was exactly as described, and was perfect for our needs; I can't imagine having to spend a week in a cramped hotel room! After long days of packing and moving, we sat outside in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed a beverage.... and a cigar for me! The homeowner, Don, lives in the house..... but he is completely unobtrusive; he greeted us briefly upon our arrival, and all subsequent contact with him was initiated by us. He is a friendly, helpful guy..... and we will definitely stay with him again during our future visits with our daughter.

We had a great time. There was plenty of space to move around so that everyone was not in each other's space. The place was very clean and well-stocked with some everyday items you would normally have in your house to cook, shower and clean with. Jen was very responsive with any questions we had. Even the small children loved the house, especially the bunk beds. It was easy to get to places we needed to go to. All 11 of us enjoyed our stay and everyone said they wouldn't mind returning for another family staycation.

This property is exquisite. It is a small space beautifully appointed and tastefully designed. The location is perfect. Richard is readily available for any needs.

Jonas and Elizabeth’s house was perfect for our stay. We booked last minute and were, instructions were clear and helpful. The house itself was clean, cozy and inviting and incredibly well stocked for whatever you would need on a trip. We loved the quotes and special touches to the decor, our two boys especially loved playing hide and seek in the house. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the house. The outside was perfect for our dog to get his exercise and for us to spend time in the gazebo. Close enough to all the attractions we wanted to do but still felt like you were out of the city. Would love to stay again.

Words are not enough to express the way we felt staying at Amanda‘s place, We had a wonderful stay at the Climbers Run home! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just as Advertised!! A weekend gateway, Peaceful, Very Relaxing Perfectly fit for my large family and the host was very responsive. Thanks again Amanda GOD BLESS… I Highly recommend!

Would definitely stay here again. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The hosts obviously put in a lot of high quality items and hard work to make this home a great Airbnb The hosts also clearly have a flair for hospitality. I will reiterate the other posts I have read that caution about a very awkward driveway unluckily situated at high speed section of a bend in the road that is indeed challenging even for experienced motorists. That would not stop me from booking again however. Once you’re in it is a wonderful and peaceful stay with great beds super clean lots of space and comfy pillows. Thanks hosts. Home was very comfortable and clean! I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and by far this was the cleanest home I have ever stayed in. It was delightful. Location was quiet, in a very nice neighborhood on the golf course. Would definitely recommend this home, especially if you are traveling with a pet.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Had issues with a few things missing, that had been either stolen, broken, thrown away by past guests) we reached out and David was super proactive about getting them replaced. If you have any issues, definitely just send a message! This host is very serious about making it right. The pool was nice, the area was beautiful and assuming future guests take care of the stuff, it has everything you need!

Heather's place was as described. Clean and neatly organised. The linens and towels were very clean. The facilities available were adequate. The kitchen is not a full kitchen but has enough for heating. We had left some medicines behind and Heather and her team spotted it, and communicated the same to us. In addition, they took the trouble to drop it off at the local FedEx office.

Damian was very responsive and proactive on recommendations and helpful instructions. Tree house was exactly as pictured and even came with thoughtful welcome gifts and robes. This stay is all about tranquility and peace of mind while still being close to Inner Harbor and many great restaurants. Privacy was not an issue at all even with multiple properties on location. The main pool a long with our hot tub and sauna were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place very quiet great location. Communication was spot on and nothing left to chance. About to keep a short suite would definitely very unique and historic home to stay in. Would definitely recommend again a great host. Thank you.

As four high school friends who missed the fiftieth reunion, we decided to meet somewhere fun. We enjoyed Longwood Gardens and Brandywine – both a quick 15-minute drive from Allie’s Airbnb. The Airbnb provided us with a pleasant and convenient home in which to visit and catch up on decades of gossip. We had a great week at Allie’s house.

This was a great place to stay. Marlena was prompt to answer questions. She provided all of the information needed and the house was the perfect spot to come home to each evening. Marlena provided a booklet with extra information as to places to eat, grocery stores and things to do. We really appreciated Marlena and her thoughtfulness.

Beautiful house in a very peaceful environment. Nagi's communication was excellent. Everything we wanted.

Perfect spot for family gathering for 50th birthday celebrations all weekend! Grandkids loved the water activities and grand puppies loved all the news smells. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Staying with Carrie was great. The place was clean and comfortable. She was always very responsive while checking in and getting into the place was super easy.

We had a great stay! Kids loved their little "hideouts" where the beds were and enjoyed meeting the horses. Wonderful host and beautiful place!
