Holiday rentals with a pool in North East Lincolnshire

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

Great place to stay on the Haven Cleethorpes park. close to park facilities so great if you are getting the play passes. Quite location for caravan which is great for young children at night. Catherine has a nice clean caravan. Decent size for up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms. My Daughter liked that there was colouring and some little games to play in the caravan. Catherine communicated very well and answered any questions needed in a timely manner. Thank you for a great and pleasant visit.

Thomas is very well at communicating , we needed a later check in than stated and he made it work for us. The caravan was easy to find due to his instructions otherwise I don’t think we would have found it as it was dark when we arrived. The place was spotless and well decorated. We didn’t have no kids with us but there’s plenty on the park if you have. We took a walk down to the beach and walked to Cleethorpes. Area is great! Would highly recommend

Excellent communications and any questions answered promptly. Property was clean and tidy. We had a lovely couple of days where we were able to get on the beach each day.

Wi-Fi would have made it different. There was no network reception, and I think it was showing on the description Wi-Fi included.

We had a mini break here, the caravan was perfect, just a short drive from the promenade, an on site mini market & evening entertainment made sure we enjoyed every moment of our visit, the hosts were very easy to contact and very quick to respond to my queries, I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a break away at the coast

We're just back from a lovely 3 night stay at Avis's beautiful caravan. From the start the communication has been first class, any questions prior to our stay were addresses straight away and the instructions on finding the caravan were spot on. The caravan was very modern and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location on the camp was perfect, only a 5 minute walk away from the main attractions, but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Avis even extended the time that we had to leave on the last day which was very helpful. The only down side for some people might be the lack of wifi and bad signal around the caravan area but it didn't make any difference to us. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
