This was a great spot! I drove up from NS and got in very late and the host was super accommodating and I was able to find the place and get in with clear instructions after midnight in the dark! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. My daughter and new grandson came for a sleepover and after letting the host know and offering to pay for an extra person, she was super sweet and told me to enjoy my visit with my new grandson, no extra charge! It’s a very central location in Kitchener if you know the area and is a quick drive to the highway.

I recently stayed at this amazing place, and I can't recommend it enough! The bathroom was an absolute highlight, featuring a beautiful en suite design with a shower that was simply divine. The shower had two different levels of water pressure, allowing for a customizable and relaxing experience. Plus, there were so many towels and hand towels provided—I was truly impressed by the attention to detail. The place was well-stocked with cleaning products and the kitchen was equipped with all the cutlery you could possibly need. But the real showstopper was the fridge! It was like a secret fridge, cleverly designed to blend into the wall, and it popped out in the coolest way. You really have to rent this place to understand what I’m talking about. The entire space had an open-concept layout that was both spacious and beautifully designed. They even provided games and other amenities, making it incredibly accommodating.

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

We had a great stay. Only problem was that we were not able to use the pool or hot tub because there was a problem with them, we were really looking forward to using both.

Yara was an incredible host! This Airbnb is perfect, and has absolutely everything you need. I stayed in Yara’s Airbnb for an extended period and I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. It has a full kitchen, living room, basement bedroom, laundry and washroom. Highly recommend this spot for anyone coming to KW. Thank you so much for having me, and I will definitely come back if I’m ever back in the KW area!

Julia was a wonderful host. The Airbnb was very charming, with an outdoor area perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Excellent property which is beautifully laid out. Very clean and the shower is amazing! The owners were very friendly and attentive and as we are just moving to Canada, this place settled us before moving into our full time property. Only niggle we had was the upstairs neighbours, we don't blame the owners as we don't think it's their fault but worth warning future visits. We stayed for 10ish days and more often than not were woken up between 6&7 in the morning by either screaming from a child or someone stomping around. Again we don't blame the place or the owners but feel future visitors should be prepared. Other than that the place was perfect

Had a great stay at this little apartment style guest suite. Has everything you need, patio, full kitchen with spices, full bathroom and the added amenities (toothbrush, paste, mouthwash) were a great addition to have! Stayed with my little pup and he seemed comfortable too. Beautiful surroundings too for going walks. And Pierrette was very responsive and communicative. Just keep in mind the reviews saying the walls are thin and the family is active. Never kept me up at night always stopped later in the evening but there is constant noise during the awake hours. Didn’t bother me or my pup too much luckily. Just keep in mind if noise/ some banging bothers you or you have a reactive dog with you. Would recommend to any person/ couple who visits town.

A perfect little get away close to dining and all the attractions of Waterloo. The space was attractively decorated and had all the little things to make our stay delightful. A nice touch was the breakfast blend coffee, which we enjoyed each morning. The condo has many great spaces you can enjoy. For two people, the space is a great retreat for the weekend, and comfortable enough for longer stays!

Faisal was great to deal with and super fast response time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in the area. Very safe too with concierge on site 24/7.

Me and my now husband decided to stay here during the weekend of our wedding, as it was a short distance to our venue. We felt so comfortable and right at home as soon as we arrived, and it was a great space to use to not only get ready on the big day, but to also relax afterwards. What's best was being able to have our dog and two bunnies there with is during this important time in our lives. Dani's communication is 10/10, very transparent, and always responds very swiftly! She is kind and considerate, and not only provided us with some wonderful wedding surprises, but had also considered our schedule for the weekend. We enjoyed the double-sink washroom and nice shower, but nothing compared the the incredibly comfortable bed. Me and my husband couldn't stop talking about it - I swear it's made of magic. I highly recommend the space if you're looking around the local area, or even want to have a little cozy weekend getaway! Thank you so much Dani and Ben!

We loved our 47-night stay at this location! It was a pleasure to communicate with Suki and Rajbeer, and they responded quickly and clearly to our queries. Check-in and check out were smooth and easy, and we appreciated the free indoor parking. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of downtown Kitchener presented by this condo. In summary, we highly recommend this location as a safe and comfortable place to stay.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

Martin’s place was in a fantastic location. Easy walk to the Concert Venue and great restaurants.

We stayed at this charming condo for two nights while dealing with renovations on our home. The place is small, but had everything we needed. It was comfortable and private, and I enjoyed taking some walks around Battlefield Park and Old Stoney Creek. The hosts were responsive and proactive, making the stay very pleasant. I'd happily stay here again!
