Our house is walking distance from the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach. We have five bicycles with baskets in good working condition, You're going to want to cruise this fabulous neighborhood! This area is sought after because its so close to everything.The restaurant Tiki Bar & Grill is temporarily closed, they are constructing a temporary quick build that should be up& running within the month.... I recently installed a level three EV 50 amp dewalt charging station, free to use with permission.

This unit sleeps 8 guests with: private bedroom with King bed bunkbed (sleeps 4) with twin over full and twin trundle Queen futon Large television in living area and tv's in bunk room and king bedroom. Light and bright with sliders in opening up to the backyard. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with barstools, new appliances and quartz countertops. This unit can be rented with 2 units upstairs, each sleeping an additional 4 guests.
