Pet-friendly holiday rentals in North Cape May, Lower Township

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place for a long weekend! We stayed with 3 small dogs who ran laps around the huge fully fenced in yard all weekend long; Only thing to note is there is not direct access to the backyard from the house, just a few small steps from the side door to the fence.. wasn’t a problem for us, our dogs learned quickly! The neighborhood is quiet and while the beach on the bay isn’t exactly for lounging, it was a quick walk from the house and was perfect for morning & evening walks! It was amazing to see all of the horseshoe crabs. The beaches of Cape May are a quick 20 minute drive. Liz provided an extensive list of recommendations prior to our arrival which made it easy to plan ahead. We had some rain and wind during our stay but the house was cozy for when we weren’t out & about! The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this stay!

This was a fantastic home. It was very very clean, had more than enough space for all 5 of us, plus all the amenities you'll need when you are away from home. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and you have all the essentials either a bike ride or a short car ride away. Cyril was very communicative and proactive. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

Piyumi & Chat were great hosts! Allowed us an earlier check-in to ensure we were able to make our out-of-town wedding an stress-free experience. Plenty of linens and towels available for use. Even coffee on hand! Truly a great stay.

My sister and I enjoyed our time here with our girls. Megan’s place was super cute. The beds were comfortable too. We would definitely stay again.

My sister and I had a great stay! The house was lovely and it was so nice to be in walking distance to the beach. The area is a bit more residential, so if you’re looking for more activities, Cape May is a quick drive away. However, we appreciated being somewhere quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and would love to go back and explore the area a bit more!

Great property, close to the beach, just wish there were blinds or something at the windows for privacy. Otherwise, I would definitely, rent again.

Franks property was clean, well taken care of, and located steps from the bay and was accessible to down town cape may easily by car. The only word of advice I’d give to other renters is you need to bring blankets. I was not familiar with shore rentals and assumed linens meant sheets and towels. But I did not bring blankets/comforters which were not included. Luckily we had someone coming later who brought so was a non issue but just FYI!

We stayed at Adam’s house with our dog and had the best time! The house is perfect and is fully stocked with anything you could need. It is a quick walk to the bayside beach which is dog friendly year round. Downtown Cape May is just a 15 minute drive away and there are many breweries, wineries, parks, and restaurants in between. We will definitely book again the next time we’re in Cape May.

Nancy’s place was great! Within quick driving to many things in Cape May like the downtown shopping. Walking distance to the beach. You could see the sunset nightly if clear! Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Had everything you’d need for a family getaway. I’d recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The home was clean and well-maintained . My son had just graduated from Coast Guard boot camp so he especially loved having the space to relax and the the beautiful outdoor area to just unwind. Elizabeth reached out several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved that the home had a book of recommendations of fun things to see/do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend this home to everyone!

Very lovely and spacious place that made us feel right at home. The area is quiet and private, yet only 15 minutes away from downtown Cape May, making it a great location for what we were looking for. Gail was a superb host and made our first experience using Airbnb a very pleasant one. I definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Oasis Stone Harbor. They have everything! Bikes, games, a fantastic back yard and close proximity to the beach, it’s perfect.

This was our second year staying at Alyce and Peter’s beautiful home, and it was just as perfect as the first! We celebrated my 30th birthday and my dog’s birthday too — it’s now our favorite family tradition. The house is peaceful, spotless, and the pool is such a treat! Thank you for another amazing stay. Natalie was an absolutely wonderful host from start to finish! She was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire booking process, lead-up to my trip, and actual stay seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was Natalie's exceptional handling of a calendar mix-up a few weeks prior to my stay. Even though neither Natalie nor I were at fault, she graciously and proactively offered alternative options, ensuring I could still enjoy my much-needed vacation without much hassle. Her willingness to go above and beyond is truly appreciated. Her place was immaculate and exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and perfect for my needs. My pup and I had a truly wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book with Natalie again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Matt’s place! The house was super clean and comfortable, and it was in a great location — everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. It was the perfect home base for our trip. The only small issue we noticed was that the shower seemed a bit clogged, likely just some sand in the drain from the beach — nothing major, and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again! They were also super responsive which we appreciated.

First time staying at an Airbnb Communication with Samuel was great. He always responded quickly. The house was very comfortable and cozy. No issues with the entry code. We live in the country and was a little concerned about "city noise" but the area is so very peaceful. We would highly recommend this Airbnb if you plan to visit Cape May and the surrounding area.

The house is newly renovated and pristine. The location is great, just walk across the street and you’re at the bay. There were lots of little niceties that contributed to our stay including complimentary coffee/tea, convenient QR code WiFi access, a TV with all the apps and very comfortable furniture. Perhaps most importantly the in laws were very impressed. All in all this was one of our better Airbnb experiences and we look forward to staying here again next time we visit the area.

Jeffrey is a very friendly and gracious host. The trailer is very compact, but it suited my needs perfectly for a short stay. Very close to a beautiful bit of beach on the Delaware Bay; about a fifteen-minute drive into Cape May.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joe and Kelly’s beach house, which accommodated our group of two families of four. Being so short of a distance from the peaceful bayside beach was fantastic. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Joe and Kelly were very responsive and friendly and provided lots of local recommendations that we used. Thank you! Truly recommend this place.

Pretty house, furnished so nicely. Great kitchen with updated appliances. The house was spotless. Close to the bay beach. Walkable neighborhood. Very centrally located to everything. Elina was very responsive and even bought a blender when I asked if there was one. The beach chairs she supplied were an invaluable perk. Last but not least, the secure fenced in yard was awesome. Some advertise a fence but there are gaps that a small dog can escape from. Not at Elina’s house! Very secure fence. Thank you for sharing your very pretty house with us. Highly recommend.

Our second stat at Elayne’s did not disappoint! It’s a perfect location with great outdoor living space, a block away from the most beautiful beach with a world-class sunset. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We had a great stay at Haley & Ryan's place! The house was extremely cozy, clean, and well-stocked; we used the grill and loved eating outside in the fenced-in backyard. It was a short drive away from Cape May and just a few minutes walk from the bay beach, which our pup enjoyed a lot. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and Haley & Ryan were great at communicating. Would highly recommend this Airbnb as a pet-friendly option near Cape May!
