Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

Separate studio next to owner's home. Free street parking. Improved kitchen facilities with a new fridge/freezer increasing ease of self catering and, with the microwave in the cupboard, effectively increased bench space for food prep. Small self contained modern unit with own patio entrance, attached to a private house. Large Bedroom, king bed with en-suite bathroom and separate kitchenette/lounge/outdoor patio. Quiet but convenient location close to Brighton beach. 10 mins walk to Brighton's 'vibrant' Jetty Road. Close to Hove railway station for access to the city of Adelaide which takes 21 minutes by train. Walking distance from the State Aquatic centre or 2 stops on the train. You will love the convenience of this place.

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Our gorgeous apartment features two huge bedrooms and a sunroom all with queen beds. No cleaning fee! Our two separate bathrooms at either end of the large apartment, offers privacy. Our lounge room is large and comfortable. The kitchen is new. Beach is a 2 min walk. Take a 500m stroll to Jetty Rd where you have access to the tram, shops and cafes. With nearly 500 reviews at 4.91, you don't need me to assess the property, the reviews speak for themselves.
