Beach condo holiday rentals in North Beach, Miami Beach

I really enjoyed my stay at Victor and Marco’s place. It’s a great, clean space located in a nice part of town. It is very conveniently located within walking distance from the beach and having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella at our disposal was a very thoughtful detail. Marcos was friendly and responsive to my questions and I really appreciated him accommodating my early arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

Very beautiful apartment with a great view

Lovely place. Across the road from the beaches and close to a very nice shopping street. Very enjoyable!

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

My husband and I and our 10 year old daughter and 3.5 year old son came from LA and had the perfect family vacation here. Beautiful location, stunning views, easy and friendly valet and front desk host, plenty of beach and pool chairs - it was like being at a 5 star hotel without the noisy crowd. We instacarted groceries easily and the kitchen had everything you needed to make great coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Arlen Beach restaurant was right next door and delicious! We can see ourselves coming back for years and can’t wait until our youngest is a bit older and they can just go to the pool on their own! Thanks again for a great week!

My family and I had a blast although it was raining but that didnt stop the fun lots of pools to go to and restaurants the view from the room is out of this world I will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! The place was as described and shown in the pictures (although one of the couch was worn out). Gabriel is a great host, responsive and friendly. Would love to stay there again

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Steve was a great host and responded very quickly to messages. The rental was clean and exactly as described and had plenty of amenities as well. The area was great and views were amazing too. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

We stayed with Anna for a bachelorette trip and she was extremely accommodating and helpful! We loved the airbnb and we would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

The place is very clean, location is super convenient and walking distance from everything on South Beach. Communication was amazing, and even the directions on how to get in/where to park.. everything was just EASY. Absolutely loved it and will be booking again!

I had. a wonderful stay at Nick's Place. The place was everything I expected and Nick had to be one of the best host. I will be back for sure in the future.
