Loft holiday rentals in North Athens Regional Unit

A nice apartment in a dynamic area a short walk from Monastiraki. You can really walk anywhere from here, 25 minutes to the Acropolis entrance, the same to Syntagma, 18 minutes to the municipal market (highly recommended if you're into fresh fish, prawns, or meat). Late March was a nice time to visit, roughly 20 degrees and fairly sunny. The apartment has what you need, the kitchen ok equipped even if you like to cook, a bit dated and some features not functioning - but nothing that bothered us. We stayed 8 nights.

I booked this place mostly on the back of the glowing reviews and it was a good idea - Eleni was welcoming and her place felt totally calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the city while being nearby all the good bits… the apartment was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and quiet!!!!! Which was a huge selling point for us. She had also included lots of thoughtful touches which made us feel valued and welcome.

The decor was modern and cozy, with an incredible attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay, this is the place to book. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Konstantinos' house is in a very central location. You can find high-quality food and beverage places around it. The house is very clean, and all the necessary equipment is provided. Our communication with the host was also very smooth.

Great location and fabulous apartment. Easy walk to a couple of metro stations for trips around Athens and to the airport. Bustling seafront position surrounded by bars and restaurants which we visited most evenings. Back in the apartment, once you close the electric powered shutters, the nighttime noise didn't bother us. I've already recommended this place to friends. Perfect place to stay.

Authentic Athenian interior architecture, amazing artwork and all good vibes in the space.Highly recommend. Will definitely return to this place for my next trip to Athens.

A great stay at this charming accommodation, very clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The apartment is conveniently located, close to major sights, shops and restaurants, making getting around very easy. The host was adorable, with fluid and responsive communication, and great tips for exploring the city. I would recommend it in a second!

This was a wonderful stay. The view is AMAZING. Photos don't do justice to the place. There is more (very useful!) furniture inside than what i saw in the photos--some high stools at the counter work well if you need to do some work on your laptop like me. Spotless clean, check in and out was very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very walkable. The hosts are feiendly and very communicative. Alexia who checked me in was beyond helpful and very friendly. No complaints, I definitely hope to be back.

We’ve stayed here multiple times - a great location close to metro, shops, bakeries etc. There is lots of room in the studio and the bed is extremely comfortable. Maria is an excellent communicator.

The place is located near the main road with lots of restaurants and cafes. And only 1 train stop away from the Acropolis. It’s tucked away in the small road so it’s still nice and quiet. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this place!

the accommodation meets the expectations,clean and well equipped. close to acropolis to which you can reach by walking, two blocks away there is a metro station which simplifies a lot. From your arrival at the airport you can take a metro there and thus avoid taxis, one to us I charge more and then reading wine that is quite normal that behavior in atenas. The building is not very new but the apartment is seen that it is made new with which you are very comfortable.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Ma Maison are amazing and super friendly hosts, making us feel at home and providing everything we needed and more! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean, with gorgeous views of the city, and equiped with literally everything you can think of. The heated pool on the rooftop was spectacular during the day and even better at night. I really can’t recommend enough. Located literally a short walk from the metro station, you also have access to a range of cafes and restaurants nearby. Thank you Yannis for an amazing experience, We shall be back again!

A basic room with a small fridge and a decent desktop. Comfortable bed, EXCELLENT VIEW of a huge portion of the skyline of Athens. It's not the Hilton, but a really nice spot in a great section of Central Athens. Also, quiet, safe, and some good amenities around.

The owner is a very nice person It was a pleasure knowing her and staying in her apartment.

I spent about twenty days in this place, the view is very nice, the sunsets are pleasant, you can't get enough of it. Clean and functional apartment, no complaints, great! Afrodite is very nice, always there when I needed her, good tips on events. The neighborhood is peaceful, a Lidl is a short walk away. Several bus lines, including the 608 which is close and leads to the city center effortlessly. Recommended!

Great deal if you need a room for a short term stay in Athens - with free parking! Hristos was very helpful.

For me location was the most important, I imagine terrace in the slammer could be really something extra you can’t find elsewhere …
