The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Space is 14 x 28 feet and includes living/dining/work space, bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed with pull out twin mattress. High def TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot kettle for tea and and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

The pullout sofa in the living room also sleeps 2. A perfect spot for your Berkshire getaway!

We are happy to share our piece of heaven in the Berkshires! Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2-1/2-bathroom vacation rental nested in 2.7 acres of woods, yet conveniently located in the city of North Adams. A 5 minute walk from Windsor Lake, a 15 minute walk to MASS MoCA, and a close drive to many restaurants. The house is kid friendly, basketball hoop, soccer goal, and games. This is our second time as Airbnb hosts, having hosted almost 150 reservations and achieved Superhost status there. We built again and downsized but included this spacious studio apartment with a bedroom alcove. Wooded and quiet yet just 3 miles from the charming tourist town of Shelburne Falls, and not far off RT91 and the cities of Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield.

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
