The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment. The new passive house Hirundo offers a superb experience of living in a quiet village, but in the immediate vicinity of Brežice. Zagreb is a good 30 km away. The house is on two floors and pampers with modern equipment and its own wellness with Finnish, steam and IR sauna and massage pool. During the season, a heated Intex pool (549 X 274) is available. Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and loud parties are not allowed.
