Centralt beläget boende mitt emellan värmdö centrum och grisslinge havsbad. Nyrenoverat hus i gammal stil fördelat på 60 kvadratmeter plus stort loft. Fullutrustat kök. Flera uteplatser i alla vädersträck, stor uppvärmd pool (juni-september), spabad-varmt året runt ,grill mm. Badrocksavstånd till värmdös största strand,med café , bageri, foodtruck, godis, glass mm . Eller gå ner till områdets egna lilla strand.
