The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. Small cozy cottage in the woods by a lake. 4 beds. 14 km from Kiruna C. 10 km to Ice hotel. Perfect to see midnight sun in summer and northern lights in winter. Peace and relaxation. Nice sauna can be rented for 600 sek - needs to be booked at least one day in advance. Takes 4-6 hours to heat. Own car or rental car is required. Or transport by taxi. No bus connection available. Nearest grocery store is in Kiruna C (15 km) or in Jukkasjärvi (10 km).

Stranden ligger ca 100 m från boendet och där kan ni nyttja bryggan för att bada eller fiska under sommarhalvåret. Vid stranden finns bastu och badtunna som går att boka till en extra kostnad.
